Removale of skeleton.dtsi allows us also to fix the following warning from the dts compiler: Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name by adding proper unit addresses to the memory nodes. Vladimir Murzin	1fb75865d8	ARM: dts: introduce MPS2 AN399/AN400 ... Application Notes 399 and 400 shares the same memory map and features. Both are shipped with Cortex-M7 and have the same peripheral as AN385/AN386, but with different location of PSRAM and Ethernet controller.
