There is a config item CONFIG_SIMPLE_GPIO which
provides simple memory mapped GPIOs specific to powerpc.
However, the only platform which selects this option is
mpc5200, and this platform doesn't use it.
There are three boards calling simple_gpiochip_init(), but
as they don't select CONFIG_SIMPLE_GPIO, this is just a nop.
Simple_gpio is just redundant with the generic MMIO GPIO
driver which can be found in driver/gpio/ and selected via
CONFIG_GPIO_GENERIC_PLATFORM, so drop simple_gpio driver.

Remove the CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER_PATH because:
1. It is disabled since commit 1be01d4a57 ("driver: base: Disable
CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER by default") as its dependency (UEVENT_HELPER) was
made default to 'n',
2. It is not recommended (help message: "This should not be used today
[...] creates a high system load") and was kept only for ancient
userland,
3. Certain userland specifically requests it to be disabled (systemd
README: "Legacy hotplug slows down the system and confuses udev").

It looks like it's ~4 years since we updated some of these, so do a bulk
update.
Verified that the before and after generated configs are exactly the
same.
Which begs the question why update them? The answer is that it can be
confusing when the stored defconfig drifts too far from the generated
result.

Because of the removal of the scsi_tgt kernel module, the kbuild variables
CONFIG_SCSI_TGT, CONFIG_SCSI_SRP_TGT_ATTRS and CONFIG_SCSI_FC_TGT_ATTRS
are obsolete. This patch removes these variables. This patch is the result
of the following command:
find -name '*defconfig' | while read f; do grep -vwE 'CONFIG_SCSI_TGT|CONFIG_SCSI_SRP_TGT_ATTRS|CONFIG_SCSI_FC_TGT_ATTRS|CONFIG_SRP' $f >/tmp/t && mv /tmp/t $f; done

Uwe Kleine-König reported:
while working on an defconfig (arm/mx27) I noticed that just updating
it[1] results in removing CONFIG_EEPROM_AT24=y. The reason is that
since commit
v2.6.36-5965-g5f2365d (misc devices: do not enable by default)
MISC_DEVICES isn't enabled anymore by default. So all defconfigs that
have CONFIG_SOME_SYMBOL=y (or =m) (with SOME_SYMBOL depending on
MISC_DEVICES) but not CONFIG_MISC_DEVICES=y suffer from the same
problem.
This restores those misc devices to the powerpc defconfigs.

There is no reason to have separate defconfigs for each mpc5200 board.
Instead, here is a common defconfig that can be used for all supported
platforms.
Merging the defconfigs means there are fewer configuration to test when
compile testing all of arch/powerpc and should make support easier.
Supported boards:
Lite5200(b), Efika, TQM5200, CM5200, MotionPro
