If the SRAM region parameters are missing the SRAM driver
probing exits and the L2 region is configured as L2 cache
entirely. This is the expected default behaviour, so it
makes no sense to report it as an error.

of_device_ids (i.e. compatible strings and the respective data) are not
supposed to change at runtime. All functions working with of_device_ids
provided by <linux/of.h> work with const of_device_ids. This allows to
mark all struct of_device_id const, too.
While touching these line also put the __init annotation at the right
position where necessary.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

The sram_offset parameter represents a physical address and should be of
type phys_addr_t. As part of this fix, the extraction of sram_params is
being cleaned-up and fixed.
This patch fixes now the case when the offset value of 0xfff00000 was being
rejected by the driver (returning -EINVAL), although this is a valid offset
value.

sram_params.sram_size and sram_params.sram_offset were unsigned.
If get_cache_sram_size() or get_cache_sram_offset() returns error code
then it is not seen to the caller. Made sram_size and sram_offset signed.

It adds cache-sram support in P1/P2 QorIQ platforms as under:
* A small abstraction over powerpc's remote heap allocator
* Exports mpc85xx_cache_sram_alloc()/free() APIs
* Supports only one contiguous SRAM window
* Drivers can do the following in Kconfig to use these APIs
"select FSL_85XX_CACHE_SRAM if MPC85xx"
* Required SRAM size and the offset where SRAM should be mapped must be
provided at kernel command line as :
cache-sram-size=<value>
cache-sram-offset=<offset>
