None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.
This covers everything under drivers/net except for wireless, which
has been submitted separately.

Unnecessary dev_set_drvdata() is removed, because the driver core
clears the driver data to NULL after device_release or on probe failure.

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
platform_device instead of using dev_{get,set}_drvdata() with &of->dev,
so we can directly pass a struct platform_device.

This restores commits:
c573972c111a5904342cda2e2c2149
which initially accidently went into 'net', were
reverted there, and then properly placed into 'net-next'.
But the next net --> net-next merge accidently wiped them
out again.

I believe these error messages are already logged
on allocation failure by warn_alloc_failed and so
get a dump_stack on OOM.
Remove the unnecessary additional error logging.
Around these deletions:
o Alignment neatening.
o Remove unnecessary casts of dma_alloc_coherent.
o Hoist assigns from ifs.

The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up
the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of
them back up to be properly aligned.
Bonus is that this almost removes 100 lines of code, always a nice
surprise.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev*

Commit eb716c54b1 ("sunbmac: remove
unnecessary setting of skb->dev") caused the local varible 'dev'
in bigmac_init_rings to become unused. And now the compiler
warns about it.

skb->dev is being unnecessarily set during ring init and skb alloc in rx. It is
already being set to the proper value when eth_type_trans is called on packet
receive, and the skb->dev is not referenced anywhere else in the code.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/net/ethernet/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

Moves the Sun drivers into drivers/net/ethernet/sun/ and make
the necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.
Oliver Hartkopp <socketcan@hartkopp.net> suggested removing the
sun* prefix on the driver names. This type of change I will
leave up to the driver maintainers.
