Dinh Nguyen dfd1427c37 clk: agilex/stratix10/n5x: fix how the bypass_reg is handled
If the bypass_reg is set, then we can return the bypass parent, however,
if there is not a bypass_reg, we need to figure what the correct parent
mux is.

The previous code never handled the parent mux if there was a
bypass_reg.

Dinh Nguyen ba7e258425 clk: socfpga: Convert to s10/agilex/n5x to use clk_hw
As recommended by Stephen Boyd, convert the Agilex/Stratix10/n5x clock
driver to use the clk_hw registration method.

Dinh Nguyen a0f9819cbe clk: socfpga: agilex: add clock driver for eASIC N5X platform
Add support for Intel's eASIC N5X platform. The clock manager driver for
the N5X is very similar to the Agilex platform, we can re-use most of
the Agilex clock driver.

This patch makes the necessary changes for the driver to differentiate
between the Agilex and the N5X platforms.

Convert, where possible, the stratix10 clock driver to the new parent
data scheme by specifying the parent data for clocks that have multiple

Checking bypass_reg is incorrect for calculating the cnt_clk rates.
Instead we should be checking that there is a proper hardware register
that holds the clock divider.

Stephen Boyd 62e59c4e69 clk: Remove io.h from clk-provider.h
Now that we've gotten rid of clk_readl() we can remove io.h from the
clk-provider header and push out the io.h include to any code that isn't
already including the io.h header but using things like readl/writel,
etc.

I also reordered a couple includes when they weren't alphabetical and
removed clk.h from kona, replacing it with clk-provider.h because
that driver doesn't use clk consumer APIs.
