Dinh Nguyen 80c6b7a089 clk: socfpga: agilex: add clock driver for the Agilex platform
For the most part the Agilex clock structure is very similar to
Stratix10, so we re-use most of the Stratix10 clock driver.

Dinh Nguyen 535d936f61 clk: socfpga: remove clk_ops enable/disable methods
The enable/disable clock ops are already defined in the standard clock
ops, so we don't need to assign them.

Dinh Nguyen 762d961aee clk: socfpga: stratix10: use new parent data scheme
Convert, where possible, the stratix10 clock driver to the new parent
data scheme by specifying the parent data for clocks that have multiple
parents.

Stephen Boyd 62e59c4e69 clk: Remove io.h from clk-provider.h
Now that we've gotten rid of clk_readl() we can remove io.h from the
clk-provider header and push out the io.h include to any code that isn't
already including the io.h header but using things like readl/writel,
etc.

Found with this grep:

I also reordered a couple includes when they weren't alphabetical and
removed clk.h from kona, replacing it with clk-provider.h because
that driver doesn't use clk consumer APIs.

Dinh Nguyen c0a636e4cc clk: socfpga: stratix10: fix rate calculation for pll clocks
The main PLL calculation has a mistake. We should be using the
multiplying the VCO frequency, not the parent clock frequency.

Dinh Nguyen 07afb8db73 clk: socfpga: stratix10: add clock driver for Stratix10 platform
Add a clock driver for the Stratix10 SoC. The driver is similar to the
Cyclone5/Arria10 platforms, with the exception that this driver only uses
one single clock binding.
