A non-const structure containing function pointers is a possible attack
vector. The drm_driver structure is already const in most drivers, but
there are a few exceptions. Constify the structure in the drivers that
don't need to modify at, as a low-hanging fruit. The rest of the drivers
will need a more complex fix.

gcc warns about an out-of-bounds access when the using nonzero
values for 'plane_id' on kmb->plane_status:
drivers/gpu/drm/kmb/kmb_plane.c: In function 'kmb_plane_atomic_disable':
drivers/gpu/drm/kmb/kmb_plane.c:128:20: warning: array subscript 3 is above array bounds of 'struct layer_status[1]' [-Warray-bounds]

drivers/gpu/drm/kmb/kmb_plane.c:125:20: warning: array subscript 2 is above array bounds of 'struct layer_status[1]' [-Warray-bounds]

drivers/gpu/drm/kmb/kmb_plane.c:122:20: warning: array subscript 1 is above array bounds of 'struct layer_status[1]' [-Warray-bounds]
122 | kmb->plane_status[plane_id].ctrl = LCD_CTRL_VL2_ENABLE;
Having the array truncated to one entry seems intentional, so add
a range check before indexing it to make it clearer what is going
on and shut up the warning.
I received the warning from the kernel test robot after a private
patch that turns on Warray-bounds unconditionally.

The NULL checking isn't done consistently in this function and it leads
to a static checker warning:
drivers/gpu/drm/kmb/kmb_drv.c:561 kmb_pm_suspend()
error: we previously assumed 'drm' could be null (see line 559)
Fortunately "drm" cannot be NULL at this point so the check can just be
removed.

The Intel Keem Bay display controller is only present on Intel Keem Bay
SoCs. Hence add a dependency on ARCH_KEEMBAY, to prevent asking the
user about this driver when configuring a kernel without Intel Keem Bay
platform support.
Note that:
1. The dependency on ARM is dropped, as Keem Bay SoCs are only
supported in arm64 kernel builds,
2. The dependencies on OF and COMMON_CLK can be dropped for
compile-testing, as the driver builds fine regardless.

SOCs. Driver has no 2D or 3D graphics. It calls into the ADV bridge
driver at the connector level.
Single CRTC with LCD controller->mipi DSI->ADV bridge
Only 1080p resolution and single plane is supported at this time.
