Russell King 6b4df7ee1f [ARM] ARM FAS216: don't modify scsi_cmnd request_bufflen
SCSI doesn't want drivers to modify request_bufflen, so keep a
driver-private copy of this in the scsi_pointer structure instead.

Russell King 574dc0abab [ARM] Fix Acorn platform SCSI driver build failures
SCSI folk forgot to fix up all the uses of 'buffer' before deleting
this struct member. Do it for them to rescue the resulting build
failures.

db9dff366b [PATCH] remove outdated print_* functions
We have the scsi_print_* functions in the proper namespace for a long
time now and there weren't a lot users left.

Linus Torvalds 1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
