Fix up trivial conflicts in drivers/gpio/gpio-samsung.c that look much
worse than they are: the exonys5 init code was refactored in commit
fd454997d6 ("gpio: samsung: refactor gpiolib init for exynos4/5"), and

new gpio chip define and did tiny updates to the init code.

Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as well.
We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally dropped the
obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never have to touch
that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were due
to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)

A seperate bus_type instance is not required for EXYNOS5. The
existing bus_type instance used with EXYNOS4 is sufficient for
both EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5. This also solves issue of uninitialized
usage of exynos4_subsys in EXYNOS4 power management code that is
reused for EXYNOS5 also. In addition to that, the existing
exynos4_subsys bus_type is renamed to exynos_subsys to indicate
that it is reused on both EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5 platforms.

The fout clock of BPLL and MPLL have a selectable source on EXYNOS5250.
The clock options are a fixed divided by 2 clock and the output of the
PLL itself. Add support for these new clock instances.

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

The decision to enable or disable the data output to the lcd panel from
the controller need not be based on the value of 'default_win' element
in the platform data. Instead, the data output to the panel is enabled
if any of the windows are active, else data output is disabled.

The video interface timing is independent of the window setup data.
The resolution of the window can be smaller than that of the lcd
panel to which the video data is output.
So move the video timing data from the per-window setup data to the
platform specific section in the platform data. This also removes
the restriction that atleast one window should have the same
resolution as that of the panel attached.

This patch removes System MMU device driver from arm/plat-s5p tree
for transition to implement IOMMU driver.
Although controlling System MMU in this removing driver
is similar to the new IOMMU driver in the following patch,
the new one is almost rewrite of this driver and there is no
benefit to moving the driver file from arch/arm/ to drivers/iommu.

These are all specific to some driver. They are typically the platform
side of a change in the drivers directory, such as adding a new driver
or extending the interface to the platform. In cases where there is no
maintainer for the driver, or the maintainer prefers to have the
platform changes in the same branch as the driver changes, the patches
to the drivers are included as well.
A much smaller set of driver updates that depend on other branches
getting merged first will be sent later.
The new export of tegra_chip_uid conflicts with other changes in fuse.c.
In rtc-sa1100.c, the global removal of IRQF_DISABLED conflicts with
the cleanup of the interrupt handling of that driver.

The asoc tree added a few devices to the i.mx platform, which conflict
with other devices added in the same place here.
The tegra Makefile conflicts between a number of branches, mostly
because of changes regarding localtimer.c, which was removed in the
end.
