Eric Anholt 50cbc13246 drm: Use the driver's gem_object_free function from CMA helpers.
VC4 wraps the CMA objects in its own structures, so it needs to do its
own teardown (waiting for GPU to finish, updating bo_stats tracking).
The other CMA drivers are using drm_gem_cma_free_object as their
gem_free_object, so this should be a no-op for them.

Eric Anholt 10028c5ab1 drm: Create a driver hook for allocating GEM object structs.
The CMA helpers had no way for a driver to extend the struct with its
own fields. Since the CMA helpers are mostly "Allocate a
drm_gem_cma_object, then fill in a few fields", it's hard to write as
pure helpers without passing in a driver callback for the allocate
step.

Thierry Reding 6d1782919d drm/cma: Introduce drm_gem_cma_dumb_create_internal()
This function is similar to drm_gem_cma_dumb_create() but targetted at
kernel internal users so that they can override the pitch and size
requirements of the dumb buffer.

It is important to make this difference because the IOCTL says that the
pitch and size fields are to be considered outputs and therefore should
not be used in computations of the framebuffer size. Internal users may
still want to use this code to avoid duplication and at the same time
pass on additional, driver-specific restrictions on the pitch and size.

While at it, convert the R-Car DU driver, the single user that overrides
the pitch, to use the new internal helper.

Laurent Pinchart b65e64f7cc drm/cma: Use dma_mmap_writecombine() to mmap buffer
The GEM CMA helpers uses a custom mmap implementation based on
remap_pfn_range(). While this works when the buffer DMA and physical
addresses are identical, it fails to take IOMMU into account and tries
to mmap the buffer to userspace using the DMA virtual address instead of
the physical address. This results in mapping random physical pages when
the device is behind an IOMMU.

Use the DMA mapping dma_mmap_writecombine() function instead.

Daniel Vetter 43387b37fa drm/gem: create drm_gem_dumb_destroy

So give it to them and roll it out in all drivers.
