The AMBA DMA macro definitions are not used, and the AMBA Primecell DMA
support makes no use of them either, so they can be removed.

Every architecture using the GIC has a gic_cpu_base_addr pointer for
GIC 0 for their entry assembly code to use to decode the cause of the
current interrupt. Move this into the common GIC code.

This patch adds a realview_fixup() function called during booting to set
up the memory banks. This way there is no need to pass a "mem=" argument
on the kernel command line.

This is the fix for proper reboot of Realview ARM1176PB board
when issuing the reboot command. Setting the eighth bit of
control register SYS_RESETCTL to 1 to force a soft reset.
arch_reset() is modified for realview machines to call machine
specific reset function pointers.

This moves the mmci platform data definition struct away from
arch/arm/include/asm/mach/mmc.h into the more proper place among
the other primecells in include/linux/amba/mmci.h and at the same
time renames it to "mmci.h", and also the struct in this file
confusingly named mmc_platform_data has been renamed
mmci_platform_data for clarity.

This driver adds the platform_device definitions to allow the use of
CompactFlash on the RealView PB11MPCore and PB-A8 platforms. Note that
the CompactFlash controller is expected to be initialised by the Boot
Monitor and support the True IDE mode.

All the cases where the local timer for a CPU is accessed happen on the
corresponding current CPU, hence no need to access the per-CPU local
timer mappings.

People often point to the Integrator/Versatile/Realview
implementations to justify using the consumer name as the sole
selector for clocks.
Eliminate this excuse by changing the Realview implementation, so
it provides a better example of how it should be done.

This patch moves the timer definitions from platform.h into board-eb.h
as they are different on PB11MPCore and PB1176. It also adds
timerX_va_base variables in core.c which are set by the
realview_eb_timer_init function before invoking realview_timer_init.

This patch sets the timer IRQ at run-time by moving the sys_timer
structure and the timer_init function to the realview_eb.c file. This
allows multiple RealView platforms to be compiled in the same kernel
image.

This patch modifies the get_irqnr_preamble macro to work with multiple
platforms at run-time by reading the address of the GIC controller from
the gic_cpu_base_addr variable. This variable is defined in core.c and
intialised in realview_eb.c (gic_init_irq).

This patch moves the IRQ and DMA definitions from core.h into
realview_eb.c since they are platform-specific. It adds a
realview_eb11mp_fixup function to adjust the IRQ numbers if the
ARM11MPCore tile is fitted. The realview_smc91x_device is also moved
from core.c into realview_eb.c.
