Prameela Rani Garnepudi a1854fae14 rsi: improve RX packet handling in USB interface
Curretly, RX packet processing is done sequencially. To improve
the efficiency, RX skb queue is introduced.
Here, while preparing RX URB skb is allocated and used
for RX buffer. When rx done handler is called, enqueue the skb
to rx_q and set the thread event.
RX thread is modified to dequeue packets from skb queue and
process further.

Prameela Rani Garnepudi 8809f08cdc rsi: use dynamic RX control blocks instead of MAX_RX_URB
Currently 2 RX control blocks are allocated by default.
If wifi alone mode is used rx control block 2 is unusable.
So, changes are done accordingly in all places to use
RX control blocks dynamically based on coex mode check.

Prameela Rani Garnepudi 1100f81bbc rsi: add rx control block to handle rx packets in USB
Rx bluetooth endpoint shall be added in further patches. Rx control
block is introduced here to handle Rx packets properly. Separate
function is written to initialize the RX control blocks.

Karun Eagalapati 6c409cad3d rsi: use separate mutex lock for receive thread
Deadlock issue is observed during our stress tests. The root
cause for the issue is same lock is used between tx and rx threads.

This patch adds a separate mutex lock for rx thread to resolve
the problem.

Prameela Rani Garnepudi 5578b1ffdc rsi: Remove old firmware loading method
The older firmware loading method is not usable by any Redpine chipset.
Hence removing that part of the code. Older firmware image with
rsi_91x.fw name is deprecated

Christian Engelmayer a8b9774571 rsi: Fix possible leak when loading firmware
Commit 5d5cd85ff4 ("rsi: Fix failure to load firmware after memory
leak fix and fix the leak") also added a check on the allocation of
DMA-accessible memory that may directly return. In that case the
already allocated firmware data is leaked. Make sure the data is
always freed correctly. Detected by Coverity CID 1316519.

Mike Looijmans 5d5cd85ff4 rsi: Fix failure to load firmware after memory leak fix and fix the leak
Fixes commit eae79b4f3e ("rsi: fix memory leak in rsi_load_ta_instructions()")
which stopped the driver from functioning.

Firmware data has been allocated using vmalloc(), resulting in memory
that cannot be used for DMA. Hence the firmware was first copied to a
buffer allocated with kmalloc() in the original code. This patch reverts
the commit and only calls "kfree()" to release the buffer after sending
the data. This fixes the memory leak without breaking the driver.

Add a comment to the kmemdup() calls to explain why this is done, and abort
if memory allocation fails.

Tested on a Topic Miami-Florida board which contains the rsi SDIO chip.

Also added the same kfree() call to the USB glue driver. This was not
tested on actual hardware though, as I only have the SDIO version.
