Instead of requiring all drivers to set the dev and funcs fields of
drm_panel manually after calling drm_panel_init(), pass the data as
arguments to the function. This simplifies the panel drivers, and will
help future refactoring when adding new arguments to drm_panel_init().
The panel drivers have been updated with the following Coccinelle
semantic patch, with manual inspection to verify that no call to
drm_panel_init() with a single argument still exists.

This patch supports TM2e panel and the panel has 1600x2560 resolution
in 5.65" physical.
This identify panel type with compatibility string, also invoke
display mode that matches the type. So add the check code for s6e3ha2
compatibility and s6e3hf2 type and select the drm_display_mode of
default and edge type.

This patch add support for MIPI-DSI based S6E3HA2 AMOLED panel
driver. This panel has 1440x2560 resolution in 5.7-inch physical
panel in the TM2 device.
