Johannes Berg e2a772fe47 iwlegacy: remove wireless extensions inclusions
linux/wireless.h and net/iw_handler.h headers are
for wireless extensions only, so mac80211 drivers
shouldn't be including them.

Greg Dietsche 0c34861e7c iwlegacy: add missing null check
lq_sta has other null checks in this function.
assuming they are correct, this additional null check
should be added too.

Incorporating suggestion from Gustavo Padovan.

Stephen Boyd 8220ba3e2e iwlegacy: Silence DEBUG_STRICT_USER_COPY_CHECKS=y warning
Enabling DEBUG_STRICT_USER_COPY_CHECKS causes the following
warning:

warning: call to 'copy_from_user_overflow' declared with
attribute warning: copy_from_user() buffer size is not provably

presumably due to buf_size being signed causing GCC to fail to
see that buf_size can't become negative.

Paul Bolle a22e93f5d8 iwl4965: drop a lone pr_err()
iwl4965_rate_control_register() prints a message at KERN_ERR level. It
looks like it's just a debugging message, so pr_err() seems to be
overdone. But none of the similar functions in drivers/net/wireless
print a message, so let's just drop it.

Wey-Yi Guy be663ab670 iwlwifi: split the drivers for agn and legacy devices 3945/4965
Intel WiFi devices 3945 and 4965 now have their own driver in the folder

	drivers/net/wireless/iwlegacy

Add support to build these drivers independently of the driver for
AGN devices. Selecting the 3945 builds iwl3945.ko and iwl_legacy.ko,
and selecting the 4965 builds iwl4965.ko and iwl_legacy.ko. iwl-legacy.ko
contains code shared between both devices.

The 3945 is an ABG/BG device, with no support for 802.11n. The 4965 is a 2x3
ABGN device.
