It makes sense to move the important monitor structure into rodata to
prevent accidental structure modification.

dot2c is a tool that transforms an automata in the graphiviz .dot file
into an C representation of the automata.
usage: dot2c [-h] dot_file
dot2c: converts a .dot file into a C structure
