Daniel Hellstrom 26893c1368 sparc32,leon: added LEON-common low-level PCI routines
The LEON architecture does not have a BIOS or bootloader that
initializes PCI for us, instead Linux generic PCI layer is used
to set up resources and IRQ.

Fixed up conflict in arch/powerpc/kernel/pci_64.c due to OF device tree
scanning having been moved and merged for the 32- and 64-bit cases. The
'needs_freset' initialization added in 6e19314cc ("PCI/powerpc: support
PCIe fundamental reset") is now in arch/powerpc/kernel/pci_of_scan.c.

Alex Chiang a7db504052 PCI: remove pcibios_scan_all_fns()
This was #define'd as 0 on all platforms, so let's get rid of it.

This change makes pci_scan_slot() slightly easier to read.

FUJITA Tomonori ee664a9252 sparc: Use asm-generic/pci-dma-compat
This converts SPARC to use asm-generic/pci-dma-compat instead
of the homegrown mechnism.

SPARC32 has two dma_map_ops structures for pci and sbus
(removing arch/sparc/kernel/dma.c, PCI and SBUS DMA accessor).
The global 'dma_ops' is set to sbus_dma_ops and get_dma_ops()
returns pci32_dma_ops for pci devices so we can use the
appropriate dma mapping operations.

David S. Miller 9dc69230a9 sparc: Kill now spurious includes of sbus.h
In order to make this week I also had to add an include
of linux/dma-mapping.h to asm/pci_32.h because drivers/pci/pci.c
really depends upon getting this header somehow.

Sam Ravnborg a439fe51a1 sparc, sparc64: use arch/sparc/include
The majority of this patch was created by the following script:

***
ASM=arch/sparc/include/asm
mkdir -p $ASM
git mv include/asm-sparc64/ftrace.h $ASM
git rm include/asm-sparc64/*
git mv include/asm-sparc/* $ASM
sed -ie 's/asm-sparc64/asm/g' $ASM/*
sed -ie 's/asm-sparc/asm/g' $ASM/*
***

The rest was an update of the top-level Makefile to use sparc
for header files when sparc64 is being build.
And a small fixlet to pick up the correct unistd.h from
sparc64 code.
