All three devices provide GPIO based LEDs named power,
wlan and app.
Place LEDs definition into a separate dtsi file as not all
devices including am335x-baltos.dtsi have the same LED layout.

phy-phandle is now a preferred method to reference a PHY device.
Especially in regards to cpsw it enables PHY specific settings like
max-speed etc. being specified in DTS.

These are all the updates to device tree files for 32-bit platforms,
which as usual makes up the bulk of the ARM SoC changes: 462 non-merge

On these boards NAND ready pin status is avilable over
GPMC_WAIT0 pin.
For NAND we don't use GPMC wait pin monitoring but
get the NAND Ready/Busy# status using GPIOlib.
GPMC driver provides the WAIT0 pin status over GPIOlib.
Read speed increases from 7869 KiB/ to 8875 KiB/s
and write speed was unchanged at 5100 KiB/s.
Measured using mtd_speedtest.ko on am335x-evm.

Before "tty: Add software emulated RS485 support for 8250" patch Baltos devices
relied on MCTRL_GPIO framework to handle both modem signals and RS485 mode.
With emulated RS485 support for 8250 we can now use these pins as dedicated
RTS/CTS signals taking advantage of hardware flow control etc. when operating
in RS232 mode.

The NAND Ready/Busy# line is connected to GPMC_WAIT0 pin and
can't be used for wait state insertion for NAND I/O read/write.
So disable read/write wait monitoring as per Reference Manual's
suggestion [1].

Use the pinmux IOPAD macro to define the register absolute physical
address instead of the offset from the padconf base address. This
makes the DTS easier to read since matches the addresses listed in
the Technical Reference Manual.
Also, use the mux defines instead of magic numbers for the padconf
values when defining the pinctrl lines to make it more readable.

When the Device Tree source file got merged, some commented pinctrl lines
were left in the file. These are already defined so seems to be a cleanup
that was missed. Delete the unneeded lines from the file.
