Most platforms don't need mach/gpio.h and it prevents multi-platform
kernel images. Add CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H and make platforns select it
if they need gpio.h. This is platforms that define __GPIOLIB_COMPLEX
or have lots of implicit includes pulled in by mach/gpio.h.
at91 and omap have gpio clean-up pending and can drop
CONFIG_NEED_MACH_GPIO_H once that is in.

The register HW_SSP_VERSION is broken for ssp version detection,
as the address of the register is different between imx23 and imx28.
Let's use platform_device_id to detect the device, so that the use
of cpu_is_xxx can be removed.

It removes the use of cpu_is_xxx from gpio-mxs driver and instead use
platform_device_id to identify the device. Accordingly, mxs platform
code is changed to register gpio device with different names, and
the registeration are done in soc specific initialization functions
now, so postcore_initcall(mxs_add_mxs_gpio) gets removed.

The mxs pinctrl driver will only support DT probe. That said, the mxs
device drivers can only get pinctrl state from pinctrl subsystem when
the drivers get probed from device tree.
Before converting the whole mxs platform support over to device tree,
we need to enable pinctrl dummy states for those non-DT board files
to ensure the pinctrl API adopted by mxs device drivers will work for
both DT and non-DT probe.
Instead of calling pinctrl_provide_dummies() directly in every board
file, the patch introduces soc specific calls mx23_soc_init() and
mx28_soc_init() for boards' .init_machine hook to invoke, so that
any soc specific setup for non-DT boot only can be added there.

Move the header to a more common place.
The mxs dma engine is not only used in mx23/mx28, but also used
in mx50/mx6q. It will also be used in the future chips.
Rename it to mxs-dma.h, and create a new folder include/linux/fsl/ to
store the Freescale's header files.

Several platforms create IOMEM defines for casting to 'void __iomem *',
and other platforms are incorrectly using __io() macro for the same
purpose. This creates a common definition and removes all the platform
specific versions. Rather than try to make linux/io.h and asm/io.h
assembly safe, the assembly version of IOMEM is moved into
asm/assembler.h.

Introduce a function for checking the busy bits of CLKCTRL register that
uses a proper timeout mechanism.
Remove parts of code that use busy loops and replace them with the
mxs_clkctrl_timeout() function.
Tested on a mx28evk by performing audio playback.

Both imx23 and imx28 have CHIPID register at address 0x8001c310, which
can be used to identify the SoC. This patch changes cpu_is_xxx and
__arch_decomp_setup to use this CHIPID register than machine type to
detect the chip between imx23 and imx28, so that we do not need to
change these functions whenever a new board/machine gets added.

Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes,
and remove its callsite. Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function
no longer does anything useful.
For samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and
plat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these
just define their arch_reset functions. As a result, the s3c2410 and
plat-samsung system-reset.h files are no longer referenced, so remove
these files entirely.
