FDP driver needs to send the firmware as regular packets
(not fragmented). The driver should have a way to
get the max packet size for a given connection.

For the firmware update the driver may use nci_send_data.

The current NCI core only support the RF static connection.
For other NFC features such as Secure Element communication, we
may need to create logical connections to the NFCEE (Execution
Environment.
In order to track each logical connection ID dynamically, we add a
linked list of connection info pointers to the nci_dev structure.

The nci status byte was ignored. In case of tag reading for example,
if the tag is removed from the antenna there is no way for the upper
layers (aka: stack) to get inform about such event.

NCI RF FRAME interface is used for all kind of tags
except ISODEP ones. So for all other kind of tags the
status byte has to be removed.

Several files refer to an old address for the Free Software Foundation
in the file header comment. Resolve by replacing the address with
the URL <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/> so that we do not have to keep
updating the header comments anytime the address changes.

skb->dev is used for carrying a net_device pointer and not
an nci_dev pointer.
Remove usage of skb-dev to carry nci_dev and replace it by parameter
in nci_recv_frame(), nci_send_frame() and driver send() functions.
NfcWilink driver is also updated to use those functions.
