There is no such dependency in the driver, but it's implicitly
used to have OF property APIs available. Replace that by device
property API and get rid of OF_GPIO dependency.

Since version 5.13, the standard syscon bindings have been added
to all clps711x DT nodes, so we can now use the more general
syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle function to get the syscon pointer.

We have added polled mode to the normal input devices with the intent of
retiring input_polled_dev. This converts clps711x-keypad driver to use the
polling mode of standard input devices and removes dependency on
INPUT_POLLDEV.
Also use managed API when allocating input device, this allows us to remove
clps711x_keypad_remove() method.

This patch changes the compatibility string to match with the smallest
supported chip (EP7209). Since the DT-support for this CPU is not yet
announced, this change is safe.

Since 39b2bbe3d7 (gpio: add flags argument to gpiod_get*() functions)
which appeared in v3.17-rc1, the gpiod_get* functions take an additional
parameter that allows to specify direction and initial value for
output. Simplify drivers accordingly.
Note that in the case of the drv260x driver error checking is more
strict now because -ENOSYS is reported to the caller now. But this
should only be returned if GPIOLIB is disabled which shouldn't happen as
the driver depends on GPIOLIB.

Target CPU contain keyboard interface which can scan 8 column lines,
so we can read row GPIOs to read status and determine asserted state.
