Silicon Labs is now part of Skyworks Inc. so update the URLs to the
datasheet and application note.

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

checkpatch.pl doesn't know how to expand "silabs,si5351{a,a-msop,b,c}"
and so generates warnings about si5351-compatible devices appearing to
be un-documented. Resolve this by documenting the compatible options
supported by the clk-si5351 driver individually.

Since the introduction of clk-si5351 the way we should deal with DT provided
clocks has changed from indexed to named clock phandles. Amend the binding
documentation to reflect named clock phandles by clock-names property.

This patch adds platform data and DT bindings to allow to overwrite
the stored disabled state for each clock output.

This patch adds a common clock driver for Silicon Labs Si5351a/b/c
i2c programmable clock generators. Currently, the driver does not
support VXCO feature of si5351b. Passing platform_data or DT bindings
selectively allows to overwrite stored Si5351 configuration which is
very helpful for clock generators with empty eeprom configuration.
Corresponding device tree binding documentation is also added.
