Wei Yang 73a695f857 cxgb4: remove workqueue when driver registration fails
When driver registration fails, we need to clean up the resources allocated
before. cxgb4 missed to destroy the workqueue allocated at the very beginning.

This patch destroies the workqueue when registration fails.

Linus Torvalds cc998ff881 Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net-next
Pull networking changes from David Miller:
 "Noteworthy changes this time around:

   1) Multicast rejoin support for team driver, from Jiri Pirko.

   2) Centralize and simplify TCP RTT measurement handling in order to
reduce the impact of bad RTO seeding from SYN/ACKs. Also, when
both timestamps and local RTT measurements are available prefer
the later because there are broken middleware devices which
      scramble the timestamp.

      From Yuchung Cheng.

   3) Add TCP_NOTSENT_LOWAT socket option to limit the amount of kernel
memory consumed to queue up unsend user data. From Eric Dumazet.

   4) Add a "physical port ID" abstraction for network devices, from
      Jiri Pirko.

   5) Add a "suppress" operation to influence fib_rules lookups, from
      Stefan Tomanek.

   6) Add a networking development FAQ, from Paul Gortmaker.

   7) Extend the information provided by tcp_probe and add ipv6 support,
      from Daniel Borkmann.

   8) Use RCU locking more extensively in openvswitch data paths, from
      Pravin B Shelar.

   9) Add SCTP support to openvswitch, from Joe Stringer.

  10) Add EF10 chip support to SFC driver, from Ben Hutchings.

  11) Add new SYNPROXY netfilter target, from Patrick McHardy.

  12) Compute a rate approximation for sending in TCP sockets, and use
this to more intelligently coalesce TSO frames. Furthermore, add
a new packet scheduler which takes advantage of this estimate when
      available. From Eric Dumazet.

  13) Allow AF_PACKET fanouts with random selection, from Daniel
      Borkmann.

  14) Add ipv6 support to vxlan driver, from Cong Wang"

Add cxgb4_create_server6 and cxgb4_remove_server routines to create
and remove listening IPv6 servers.

Return success (0) from cxgb4_create_server in case of ctrl queue
congestion since in case of congestion, passive open request gets
queued and gets processed later. If a non-zero value were returned it
would be treated as an error and the ULD would free STID, which can
result in an error in passive open reply.

This corrects an regression introduced by "net: Use 16bits for *_headers

that case skb->tail will be a pointer whereas skb->transport_header
will be an offset from head. This is corrected by using wrappers that
ensure that comparisons and calculations are always made using pointers.

Jay Hernandez e69972f52b cxgb4: Force uninitialized state if FW_ON_ADAPTER is < FW_VERSION and we're the MASTER_PF
Forcing uninitialized state allows us to upgrade and reinitialize the adapter.

FW_VERSION_T4 = 1.4.0.0
FW_VERSION_T5 = 0.0.0.0
At this point driver supports above and greater than above version of firmware.
If it doesn't find the required firmware version than it forces the adapter to
be reinitialized as shown below.

1) If FW_ON_ADAPTER < FW_VERSION and we're the MASTER_PF force uninitialized
state and a FW upgrade if available.

       - If FW_ON_ADAPTER < /lib/firmware/cxgb4/t*fw.bin we will update the
         adapters FW.
       - If FW_ON_ADAPTER >= /lib/firmware/cxgb4/t*fw.bin don't upgrade FW.
       - If upgrade_fw() fails force reinitialization of the adapter anyways,
         it might still work.

Either way forcing the uninitialized state allows cxgb4 reinitialize FW.

2) If FW_ON_ADAPTER >= FW_VERSION driver follows normal path.

Thadeu Lima de Souza Cascardo 777c230086 cxgb4: fix error recovery when t4_fw_hello returns a positive value
Since commit 636f9d371f ("cxgb4: Add

This fix tests for negative error values and fails only on those cases.

Vipul Pandya 94dace1014 cxgb4vf: Support CPL_SGE_EGR_UPDATEs encapsulated in a CPL_FW4_MSG
Newer firmware can post CPL_SGE_EGR_UPDATE message encapsulated in a
CPL_FW4_MSG as follows

flit0 rss_header (if DropRSS == 0 in IQ context)
flit1 CPL_FW4_MSG cpl
flit2 rss_header w/opcode CPL_SGE_EGR_UPDATE
flit3 CPL_SGE_EGR_UPDATE cpl

So FW4_MSG CPLs with a newly created type of FW_TYPE_RSSCPL have the
CPL_SGE_EGR_UPDATE CPL message in flit 2 of the FW4_MSG. Firmware can still
post regular CPL_SGE_EGR_UPDATE messages, so the drivers need to handle
both.

This patch also writes a new parameter to firmware requesting encapsulated
EGR_UPDATE. This allows firmware with this support to not break older drivers.

Vipul Pandya dca4faeb81 cxgb4: Add LE hash collision bug fix path in LLD driver
It supports establishing passive open connection through firmware filter work
request. Passive open connection will go through this path as now instead of
listening server we create a server filter which will redirect the incoming SYN
packet to the offload queue.

It divides filter region into regular filters and server filter portion. It
introduces new server filter region which will be exclusively used for creating
server filters. This region will not overlap with regular filter region.

It provides new API cxgb4_alloc_sftid in LLD for getting stid in case of LE
hash collision path. This new stid will be used to open server filter in the
filter region.

Vipul Pandya f2b7e78dbc cxgb4: Add T4 filter support
The T4 architecture is capable of filtering ingress packets at line rate
using the rule in TCAM. If packet hits a rule in the TCAM then it can be either
dropped or passed to the receive queues based on a rule settings.

This patch adds framework for managing filters and to use T4's filter
capabilities. It constructs a Firmware Filter Work Request which writes the
filter at a specified index to get the work done. It hosts shadow copy of
ingress filter entry to check field size limitations and save memory in the
case where the filter table is large.

Linus Torvalds e777d192ff SCSI misc on 20121212
This patch set includes two large new drivers: mpt3sas (for the next gen
fusion SAS hardware) and csiostor a FCoE offload driver for the Chelsio
converged network cards (this includes some net changes which I've OK'd with
 DaveM).

The rest of the patch is driver updates (qla2xxx, lpfc, hptiop, be2iscsi) plus
a few assorted updates and bug fixes.

We also have a Power Management rework in the Upper Layer Drivers preparatory
to doing ACPI zero power optical devices, but the actual enabler is still
 being worked on.

Greg Kroah-Hartman 1dd06ae8db drivers/net: fix up function prototypes after __dev* removals
The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up
the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of
them back up to be properly aligned.

Bonus is that this almost removes 100 lines of code, always a nice
surprise.
