Uwe Kleine-König f80473183b iommu/apple-dart: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

Sven Peter cf5c1c87c2 iommu/dart: Fix apple_dart_device_group for PCI groups
pci_device_group() can return an already existing IOMMU group if the PCI
device's pagetables have to be shared with another one due to bus
toplogy, isolation features and/or DMA alias quirks.
apple_dart_device_group() however assumes that the group has just been
created and overwrites its iommudata which will eventually lead to
apple_dart_release_group leaving stale entries in sid2group.
Fix that by merging the iommudata if the returned group already exists.

Hector Martin d8bcc870d9 iommu: dart: Add t8110 DART support
Now that we have the driver properly parameterized, we can add support
for T8110 DARTs. These DARTs drop the multiple TTBRs (which only make
sense with legacy 4K page platforms) and instead add support for new
features and more stream IDs. The register layout is different, but the
pagetable format is the same as T6000.

Lu Baolu 1b932ceddd iommu: Remove detach_dev callbacks
The iommu core calls the driver's detach_dev domain op callback only when
a device is finished assigning to user space and
iommu_group_release_dma_owner() is called to return the device to the
kernel, where iommu core wants to set the default domain to the device but
the driver didn't provide one.

In other words, if any iommu driver provides default domain support, the
.detach_dev callback will never be called. This removes the detach_dev
callbacks in those IOMMU drivers that support default domain.

The MSI doorbell on Apple HW can be any address in the low 4GB range.
However, the MSI write is matched by the PCIe block before hitting the
iommu. It must thus be excluded from the IOVA range that is assigned to any
PCIe device.

Sven Peter 5a009fc136 iommu/dart: Initialize DART_STREAMS_ENABLE
DART has an additional global register to control which streams are
isolated. This register is a bit redundant since DART_TCR can already
be used to control isolation and is usually initialized to DART_STREAM_ALL
by the time we get control. Some DARTs (namely the one used for the audio
controller) however have some streams disabled initially. Make sure those
work by initializing DART_STREAMS_ENABLE during reset.

Sven Peter f0b636804c iommu/dart: Clear sid2group entry when a group is freed
sid2groups keeps track of which stream id combinations belong to a
iommu_group to assign those correctly to devices.
When a iommu_group is freed a stale pointer will however remain in
sid2groups. This prevents devices with the same stream id combination
to ever be attached again (see below).
Fix that by creating a shadow copy of the stream id configuration
when a group is allocated for the first time and clear the sid2group
entry when that group is freed.

Sven Peter 6f87d4e637 iommu/dart: Remove iommu_flush_ops
apple_dart_tlb_flush_{all,walk} expect to get a struct apple_dart_domain
but instead get a struct iommu_domain right now. This breaks those two
functions and can lead to kernel panics like the one below.
DART can only invalidate the entire TLB and apple_dart_iotlb_sync will
already flush everything. There's no need to do that again inside those
two functions. Let's just drop them.
