Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.
Done via coccinelle scripts like:

and some grep and typing.
Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.

The code is rather based on trial-and-error than knowledge. Verified Via
Rhine functionality in PIO as well as MMIO mode.
