Dmitry Torokhov 0c444d98ef macintosh/ams-input: switch to using input device polling mode
Now that instances of input_dev support polling mode natively,
we no longer need to create input_polled_dev instance.

Jingoo Han 7033b64b48 macintosh/ams: Replace strict_strtoul() with kstrtoul()
The usage of strict_strtoul() is not preferred, because
strict_strtoul() is obsolete. Thus, kstrtoul() should be
used.

Rusty Russell 90ab5ee941 module_param: make bool parameters really bool (drivers & misc)
module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.

It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.

Jean Delvare bd5f47ec96 Move ams driver to macintosh
The ams driver isn't a hardware monitoring driver, so it shouldn't
live under driver/hwmon. drivers/macintosh seems much more
appropriate, as the driver is only useful on PowerBooks and iBooks.
