Christoph Hellwig	2f8e2c8777	move io-64-nonatomic*.h out of asm-generic ... These are not implementations of default architecture code but helpers for drivers. Move them to the place they belong to. Greg Rose	5321a21c1c	i40evf: driver core headers ... This patch contains the main driver header files, containing structures and data types specific to the linux driver. i40e_osdep.h contains some code that helps us adapt our OS agnostic code to Linux.
