This is an enhancement which allows to specify the default driver
parameters among the module parameters.
Adding default variables to the speakup_dummy module
allows to easily set that at boot, rather than
setting the sys variables after boot.

The dummy speakup driver is used to check that speakup is working
properly, without the need for actually owning the hardware. Some
drivers require receiving characters, so we need a way to check that
this is working properly.
