Vitaly Chikunov 3ecc972599 crypto: rsa - unimplement sign/verify for raw RSA backends
In preparation for new akcipher verify call remove sign/verify callbacks
from RSA backends and make PKCS1 driver call encrypt/decrypt instead.

This also complies with the well-known idea that raw RSA should never be
used for sign/verify. It only should be used with proper padding scheme
such as PKCS1 driver provides.

Luis Chamberlain 750afb08ca cross-tree: phase out dma_zalloc_coherent()
We already need to zero out memory for dma_alloc_coherent(), as such
using dma_zalloc_coherent() is superflous. Phase it out.

This change was generated with the following Coccinelle SmPL patch:

@ replace_dma_zalloc_coherent @
expression dev, size, data, handle, flags;
@@

-dma_zalloc_coherent(dev, size, handle, flags)
+dma_alloc_coherent(dev, size, handle, flags)

Colin Ian King 9f32bb5358 crypto: qat - Make several functions static
Functions qat_rsa_set_n, qat_rsa_set_e and qat_rsa_set_n are local to
the source and do not need to be in global scope, so make them static.

Cleans up sparse warnings:

'qat_rsa_set_n' was not declared. Should it be static?

Eric Biggers ced6a58638 crypto: dh - Remove pointless checks for NULL 'p' and 'g'
Neither 'p' nor 'g' can be NULL, as they were unpacked using
crypto_dh_decode_key(). And it makes no sense for them to be optional.
So remove the NULL checks that were copy-and-pasted into both modules.
