Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes,
and remove its callsite. Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function
no longer does anything useful.
For samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and
plat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these
just define their arch_reset functions. As a result, the s3c2410 and
plat-samsung system-reset.h files are no longer referenced, so remove
these files entirely.

The timer irqs statically mapped from linux irq numbers 11 to 15 are

and SPI interrupts are relocated to start from 16 and 32 of the linux
irq space. This is a required to add device tree support for GIC and

A new macro 'IRQ_TIMER_BASE' specifies a platform specific base of the

This patch removes all global data from common s5p gpio interrupt
handler code. This enables to reuse this code on EXYNOS4 platform.
Instead of global data (IRQ_GPIOINT interrupt number,
S5P_GPIOINT_GROUP_MAXNR groups count), a s5p_register_gpioint_bank()
function is introduced. It is aimed to be called from gpiolib init.

This patch modifies the following.
1. Moves the SROM controller mapping from S5PV210 specific code to
S5P common code. The SROM controller mapping can be used for all
S5P SoCs.
2. Define the SROM controller physical address for S5P64X0, S5P6442,
S5PC100, S5PV210 and S5PV310.

S5P Samsung SoCs has a EPLL to support various PLL clock sources for other
H/W blocks. Until now, to control EPLL, each of SoCs make their own functions
in 'mach-s5pxxx/clock.c'. But some of functions, 'xxx_epll_get_rate()' and
'xxx_epll_enable()', are exactly same in all S5P SoCs, so this patch move
these duplicated codes to common EPLL functions that use platform wide.
