The FEC driver ignores the GPIO polarity from 'phy-reset-gpios' and
considers that the Ethernet PHY is active low, unless the
property 'phy-reset-active-high' is present.
Fix the device tree description by explicitly passing the
'GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW' flag to the 'phy-reset-gpios' property.

Remove the sky2 ethernet device node from the pcie controller which was
invalid to begin with.
The original intent was to allow the bootloader to populate the MAC via
dt but this requires the PCI bus topology to be complete in dt as well
and as these boards have an expansion connector that topology is dynamic
and can't be represented here.

Since commit b36581df7e ("spi: imx: Using existing properties for
chipselects") the device tree property 'fsl,spi-num-chipselects' is
unused and it is already marked as obsolete in device tree binding
documentation. Remove the property from the existing DTS files to
avoid its reoccurence on copying.

Several dts files set a bit in the SPEED field for pads
RGMII_{R,T}{XC,D0,D1,D2,D3,X_CTL}, but that doesn't exist. Writing there
doesn't have an effect and the bit reads as zero.

Gateworks Ventana boards seem to need "RGMII-ID" (internal delay)
PHY mode, instead of simple "RGMII", for their Marvell 88E1510
transceiver. Otherwise, the Ethernet MAC doesn't work with Marvell PHY
driver (TX doesn't seem to work correctly).
Tested on GW5400 rev. C.
This bug affects ARM Fedora 23.

Starting with commit 8947e396a8 ("Documentation: dt: mtd: replace
"nor-jedec" binding with "jedec, spi-nor"") we have "jedec,spi-nor"
binding indicating support for JEDEC identification.
Use it for all flashes that are supposed to support READ ID op according
to the datasheets.

The general device-tree rule is to not include nodes that do not have a driver
or bindings in a dts/dtsi. Remove the place-holder nodes from the Gateworks
Ventana boards until a time that a driver with proper bindings exists.

The DAI mode is and should be configured by the sound card driver as
codec and ssi have to be in the right modes to communicate with each
other. It is possible to operate the ssi unit or the codec in master mode,
sometimes even on the same board in different configurations.
With the latest changes in the fsl-ssi driver, the 'fsl,mode' property
is only handled as a fallback property. If the sound card sets the DAI
mode correctly, this fallback configuration is dropped.

The 'model' property in the imx-audio-sgtl5000 binding specifies the
user-visible name of the audio device. This should be something common and
not baseboard specific.
