Enabling CQE support for eMMC by supplying the correct reg name
and flag which indicates CQE support.
Also remove the redundant _mem suffix for reg names.

Support dynamic voltage and frequency scaling on qcs404.
CPUFreq will soon be superseded by Core Power Reduction (CPR, a form
of Adaptive Voltage Scaling found on some Qualcomm SoCs like the
qcs404).
Due to the CPR upstreaming already being in progress - and some
commits already merged - the following commit will need to be
reverted to enable CPUFreq support

qcs404 has 10 sensors connected to the single TSENS IP. Define a thermal
zone for each of those sensors to expose the temperature of each zone.

qcs404 has a single TSENS IP block with 10 sensors. The calibration data
is stored in an eeprom (qfprom) that is accessed through the nvmem
framework. We add the qfprom node to allow the tsens sensors to be
calibrated correctly.

Add all the properties needed to describe the CDSP for both the

The property controlled-remotely should not be set by default
for qcs-404 device, it should be set based on the secure boot
options (TZ or ATF) preferred by the platform. Hence, the
controlled-remotely property is moved to platform specific
dts files.

Define all six QUP controllers, both as SPI and I2C, allowing boards to
enable these as needed. Associated pinmux states are also defined, to
require only pinconf states to be specified by the boards, as they are
enabled.
