Tiezhu Yang 588d08201c MIPS: Fix wrong comments in asm/prom.h
In arch/mips/include/asm/prom.h, it should use "!CONFIG_USE_OF"
after #else and #endif.

Rob Herring 01306aeadd MIPS: prepare for user enabling of CONFIG_OF
In preparation to allow users to enable DeviceTree without arch or
machine selecting it, we need to fix build errors on MIPS. When
CONFIG_OF is enabled, device_tree_init cannot be resolved. This is
trivially fixed by using CONFIG_USE_OF instead of CONFIG_OF for prom.h.

Ralf Baechle dd5d1380f1 MIPS: SNI: Fix conflicting wrapper symbols for headers.
If Open Firmware / Device Tree support is enabled on a SNI RM kernel both
<asm/mipsprom.h> and <asm/prom.h> will be included into some .c files.
Since both headers use the same wrapper symbol only the inclusion of the
first file will have an effect but the 2nd file will be ignored resulting
in a build error.

Grant Likely 85f60ae4ee dt/flattree: explicitly pass command line pointer to early_init_dt_scan_chosen
This patch drops the reference to a global 'cmd_line' variable from
early_init_dt_scan_chosen, and instead passes the pointer to the command
line string via the *data argument. Each architecture does something
slightly different with the initial command line, so it makes sense for
the architecture to be able to specify the variable name.

David Daney 4c60071c1e of/mips: Cleanup some include directives/files.
The __init directives should go on the definitions of things, not the
declaration, also __init is meaningless for inline functions, so
remove it from prom.h. This allows us to get rid of a useless
#include, but most of the rest of them are useless too, so kill them
as well.

If of_i2c.c needs irq definitions, it should include linux/irq.h
directly, not assume indirect inclusion via asm/prom.h.
