We keep collecting defconfig updates in a separate branch mostly to encourage
people to handle them separately and avoid conflicts between different topics.
Most of these are enablement of new drivers that have come in, or minor config
refreshes due to reorderings in Kconfig files, etc. I.e. mostly minor churn
of various kinds.
We might start folding this branch into something else for upstream merge
since it's so small, but keep it independent in our own tree for the above
reasons.

Renesas R-Car sound (= rsnd) needs 2 DMAC which are called as
Audio DMAC (= 1st DMAC) and Audio DMAC peri peri (2nd DMAC).
And rsnd had assumed that 1st / 2nd DMACs are implemented as DMAEngine.
But, in result of DMA ML discussion, 2nd DMAC was concluded that it is
not a general purpose DMAC (2nd DMAC is for Device to Device inside
sound system). Additionally, current DMAEngine can't support Device to
Device, and we don't have correct DT bindings for it at this point.
So the easiest solution for it is that move it from DMAEngine to rsnd
driver.
Audio DMAC peri peri DMAEngine is no longer needed.

Commit 7ef077a8ad ("usb: isp1760: Move driver from drivers/usb/host/
to drivers/usb/isp1760/") moved the isp1760 driver and changed the
Kconfig option. This makes CONFIG_USB_ISP1760_HCD not selectable
directly anymore. This results in driver being not compiled in when
using vexpress_defconfig and the USB is non-functional.
This patch updates the CONFIG_USB_ISP1760_HCD to CONFIG_USB_ISP1760 to
get back USB functional on vexpress platforms.

New and updated SoC support. Also included are some cleanups where the
platform maintainers hadn't separated cleanups from new developent in
separate branches.
Some of the larger things worth pointing out:
- A large set of changes from Alexandre Belloni and Nicolas Ferre
preparing at91 platforms for multiplatform and cleaning up quite a
bit in the process.
- Removal of CSR's "Marco" SoC platform that never made it out to the
market. We love seeing these since it means the vendor published
support before product was out, which is exactly what we want!
New platforms this release are:
- Conexant Digicolor (CX92755 SoC)
- Hisilicon HiP01 SoC
- CSR/sirf Atlas7 SoC
- ST STiH418 SoC
- Common code changes for Nvidia Tegra132 (64-bit SoC)
We're seeing more and more platforms having a harder time labelling
changes as cleanups vs new development -- which is a good sign that
we've come quite far on the cleanup effort. So over time we might start
combining the cleanup and new-development branches more.

Only use SOC_AT91SAM9 for all the at91sam9 SoCs. It removes all the empty
at91sam9xxx.c SoC files. It also removes the useless at91_init_soc affectation
procedure and its "init" function pointer.
Only the SoC detection and display are kept for the at91sam9:
at91_soc_is_enabled() and at91_boot_soc.map_io() function calls are also
removed.
It enables HAVE_AT91_SMD and HAVE_AT91_UTMI for all the sam9 SoCs but this only
represents 96 bytes of uncompressed kernel code.

(ARM: shmobile: Enable kzm9g board in multiplatform defconfig)
dropped CONFIG_REGULATOR from shmobile_defconfig as it was
generated using a tree where CONFIG_REGULATOR is indirectly
selected by ARCH_SH73A0.
ARCH_SH73A0 is not queued up for v3.20 and thus, baring unforeseen
changes, CONFIG_REGULATOR will not be selected by shmobile_defconfig
in that release. This causes at least SDHI to stop working on
R-Car Gen2 SoCs.

All defconfigs touched by this patch already enable DEBUG_LL and by
default DEBUG_LL_UART_NONE will be selected. This causes no issues
today because due to some back compatibility magic we eventually need
to remove it is not actually honoured. Nevertheless DEBUG_LL_UART_8250
is the right value for these platforms and should be set in the config
files.

"The serial port rename changes are not strictly related to lager board
removal from a feature point of view. But the lager portion of this change
depends on board removal to avoid a regression of booting using that code,
And thus it seems to make sense to put here. And it seems best to put the
koelsch and lager serial port rename changes in the same branch.
Likewise the removal of bootargs from lager DT depends on removing lager

Pull networking updates from David Miller:
1) New offloading infrastructure and example 'rocker' driver for
offloading of switching and routing to hardware.
This work was done by a large group of dedicated individuals, not
limited to: Scott Feldman, Jiri Pirko, Thomas Graf, John Fastabend,
Jamal Hadi Salim, Andy Gospodarek, Florian Fainelli, Roopa Prabhu
2) Start making the networking operate on IOV iterators instead of
modifying iov objects in-situ during transfers. Thanks to Al Viro
and Herbert Xu.
3) A set of new netlink interfaces for the TIPC stack, from Richard
Alpe.
4) Remove unnecessary looping during ipv6 routing lookups, from Martin
KaFai Lau.
5) Add PAUSE frame generation support to gianfar driver, from Matei
Pavaluca.
6) Allow for larger reordering levels in TCP, which are easily
achievable in the real world right now, from Eric Dumazet.
7) Add a variable of napi_schedule that doesn't need to disable cpu
interrupts, from Eric Dumazet.
8) Use a doubly linked list to optimize neigh_parms_release(), from
Nicolas Dichtel.
9) Various enhancements to the kernel BPF verifier, and allow eBPF
programs to actually be attached to sockets. From Alexei
Starovoitov.
10) Support TSO/LSO in sunvnet driver, from David L Stevens.
11) Allow controlling ECN usage via routing metrics, from Florian
Westphal.
12) Remote checksum offload, from Tom Herbert.
13) Add split-header receive, BQL, and xmit_more support to amd-xgbe
driver, from Thomas Lendacky.
14) Add MPLS support to openvswitch, from Simon Horman.
15) Support wildcard tunnel endpoints in ipv6 tunnels, from Steffen
Klassert.
16) Do gro flushes on a per-device basis using a timer, from Eric
Dumazet. This tries to resolve the conflicting goals between the
desired handling of bulk vs. RPC-like traffic.
17) Allow userspace to ask for the CPU upon what a packet was
received/steered, via SO_INCOMING_CPU. From Eric Dumazet.
18) Limit GSO packets to half the current congestion window, from Eric
Dumazet.
19) Add a generic helper so that all drivers set their RSS keys in a
consistent way, from Eric Dumazet.

This reverts commit 2315f9fce4.
Unfortunately enabling RCAR_AUDMAC_PP support this patch breaks dmaengine
support on R-Car Gen2 boards. This should be resolved by driver updates
in v3.20. But v3.19 was too early for this defconfig change.

This is a collection of the various changes to defconfig files,
most importantly enabling some additional platforms in the
multi_v7_defconfig file. These are split out into a separate
branch to avoid most of the merge conflicts in the defconfig
files.
This also touches 12 other defconfig files for shmobile,
at91, hisilicon, keystone, mvebu, omap, and tegra.

The DT branch adds a lot of new stuff for additional SoC and board
support. The branch is the largest one and contains 513 out of the
total 972 non-merge arm-soc changesets for 3.19.
Most of the changes are about enabling additional on-chip devices for
existing machines, but there are also an unusual number of new SoC
types being added this time:

* ARM Realview in DT mode
* Allwinner A80

* Freescale Vybrid 500 series
* Mediatek MT6592, MT8127, MT8135
* STMicroelectronics STiH410
* Samsung Exynos4415
The level of support for the above differs widely, some are just
stubs with nothing more than CPU, memory and a UART, but others
are fairly complete. As usual, these get extended over time.
There are also many new boards getting added, this is the
list of model strings that are showing up in new dts files:
* ARM RealView PB1176

The remaining cleanups for 3.19 are to a large part result of
devicetree conversion nearing completion on two other platforms
besides AT91:
* Like AT91, Renesas shmobile is in the process to migrate to DT and
multiplatform, but using a different approach of doing it one
SoC at a time. For 3.19, the r8a7791 platform and associated\
"Koelsch" board are considered complete and we remove the non-DT
non-multiplatform support for this.
* The ARM Versatile Express has supported DT and multiplatform
for a long time, but we have still kept the legacy board files
around, because not all drivers were fully working before. We
have finally taken the last step to remove the board files.
Other changes in this branch are preparation for the later branches
or just unrelated to the more interesting changes:
* The dts files for arm64 get moved into per-vendor directories for
a clearer structure.
* Some dead code removal (zynq, exynos, davinci, imx)
* Using pr_*() macros more consistently instead of printk(KERN_*)
in some platform code.

On Atmel AT91, the conversion to device tree is now considered complete,
and all machines that were not already converted in 3.18 are assumed to
be unused and dropped by the maintainer.
All remaining board files that were written in C are dropped, and the
ancient at91x40 sub-platform (based on an MMU-less ARM7) is removed
altogether. Cleaning up the last pieces was great fun, so I took the
time to do some of the coding myself and removed several hundred code
lines that ended up unused after the board files were done.
There are still a couple of AT91 specific device drivers that are not
converted to DT (CF, USB-OTG) and currently not working, and the platform
itself is not "multiplatform"-enabled, but both issues are going to be
taken care of in the 3.20 cycle.
This is split out from the other cleanups purely based on the size
of the branch.

This patch enables the MAX77686 PMIC drivers in the multi_v7_defconfig used
on exynos4412-prime family of SoCs [1]. The exynos4412-prime based boards
are producing the following runtime errors only on the multi_v7_defconfig [2]:
kern.err: deviceless supply vdd_arm not found, using dummy regulator
kern.err: exynos-cpufreq exynos-cpufreq: failed to set cpu voltage to 1287500
kern.err: cpufreq: __target_index: Failed to change cpu frequency: -22
I reviewed the exynos_defconfig, which does not produce these runtime
errors. It was obvious that the exynos_defconfig has the PMIC drivers
enabled, whereas the multi_v7_defconfig does not. This patch has been tested
on a odroid-u2 and a odroid-u3 board. It has resolved the runtime errors.
Therefore, I purpose we enabled these drivers in the multi_v7_defconfig.

Merge tag 'imx-soc-3.19' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/shawnguo/linux into next/soc
Pull "The i.MX SoC update for 3.19" from Shawn Guo
- Update i.MX6 suspend code to check DDR instead of CPU type, as the
difference we need to handle is between LPDDR2 and DDR3, not SoCs.
- Set anatop properly for LPDDR2 in DSM mode
- Add support for new SoC LS1021A which integrates dual Cortex-A7
- Add ENET initialization for i.MX6SX platform
- Add cpufreq support for i.MX53 platform
- Add a SNVS based poweroff driver for i.MX6 platforms
- Use ARM Global Timer as clocksource on VF610
Note: the change set is built on top of tag imx-fixes-3.18-2 to resolve
a conflict on file arch/arm/mach-imx/clk-vf610.c.

Since many (most?) mvebu platforms have NAND or SPI flashes, it makes
sense to have CONFIG_MTD_BLOCK=y in mvebu_v7_defconfig. The vast
majority of the other ARM defconfigs have it enabled, including
mvebu_v5_defconfig.

This patch was generated by running 'make tegra_defconfig' followed by
'make savedefconfig' with the v3.18-rc1 tag checked out. Two values go
away: CONFIG_SCSI is selected by CONFIG_ATA and CONFIG_SCSI_MULTI_LUN
was removed.
