Johan Hovold e2349da0fa clk: qcom: mss-sc7180: fix missing resume during probe
Drivers that enable runtime PM must make sure that the controller is
runtime resumed before accessing its registers to prevent the power
domain from being disabled.

Dmitry Baryshkov 72cfc73f46 clk: qcom: use devm_pm_runtime_enable and devm_pm_clk_create
Use two new helpers instead of pm_runtime_enable() and pm_clk_create(),
removing the need for calling pm_runtime_disable and pm_clk_destroy().

Taniya Das 8def929c40 clk: qcom: Add modem clock controller driver for SC7180
Add support for the modem clock controller found on SC7180
based devices. This would allow modem drivers to probe and
control their clocks.
