In both B4 and T4240QDS platform PCA9547 I2C bus multiplexer is used.
The sub-nodes are also reorganized according to right I2C topology.

Freescale T4240QDS reference board has extra voltage shifters added
to allow 3.3V operation, so add 3.3v voltage support for T4240QDS.
1.8v and 3.3v is recommand for eMMC and SDHC card.

For B4 platform, MPIC EISR register is in reversed bitmap order,
instead of "Error interrupt source 0-31. Bit 0 represents SRC0."
the correct ordering is "Error interrupt source 0-31. Bit 0
represents SRC31." This patch is to fix sRIO EISR bit value
of error interrupt in dts node.

This patch allows the kbuild system to successfully compile a kernel
for the little endian PowerPC64 architecture. A subsequent patch
will add the CONFIG_CPU_LITTLE_ENDIAN kernel config option which
must be set to build such a kernel.
If cross compiling, CROSS_COMPILE must point to a suitable toolchain
(compiled for the powerpc64le-linux and powerpcle-linux targets).

Some CPUs (such as e500v1/v2) don't implement mftb and will take a
trap. mfspr should work on everything that has a timebase, and is the
preferred instruction according to ISA v2.06.
Currently we get away with mftb on 85xx because the assembler converts
it to mfspr due to -Wa,-me500. However, that flag has other effects
that are undesireable for certain targets (e.g. lwsync is converted to
sync), and is hostile to multiplatform kernels. Thus we would like to
stop setting it for all e500-family builds.
mftb/mftbu instances which are in 85xx code or common code are
converted. Instances which will never run on 85xx are left alone.

For the latest platform T4 and B4, MPIC controller has been updated
to v4.3. This patch adds a new file to describe the latest MPIC.
The MSI blocks number is increased to four, the registers number
of each block is increased to sixteen. MSIIR1 has been added to
access these sixteen MSI registers.

The Interlaken is a narrow, high speed channelized chip-to-chip interface. To
facilitate interoperability between a data path device and a look-aside
co-processor, the Interlaken Look-Aside protocol is defined for short
transaction-related transfers. Although based on the Interlaken protocol,
Interlaken Look-Aside is not directly compatible with Interlaken and can be
considered a different operation mode.
The Interlaken LA controller connects internal platform to Interlaken serial
interface. It accepts LA command through software portals, which are system
memory mapped 4KB spaces. The LA commands are then translated into the
Interlaken control words and data words, which are sent on TX side to TCAM
through SerDes lanes.

The currituck board uses a different IRQ for the pci usb host
controller depending on the board revision. This patch adds support
for newer board revisions by retrieving the board revision from the
FPGA and mapping the appropriate IRQ.

The reg property in the pci bridge device node is used to bind this
device node to the pci bridge device. Then all the pci devices under
this bridge could use the interrupt maps defined in this device node

Add SDHC DMA channel description to the mpc512x device tree to enable
slave channel requesting in the mxcmmc driver.
mpc512x DMA engine doesn't support endianness conversion when
reading/writing data from peripheral's FIFO, so we have to swap data
buffers before each DMA write and after each DMA read transfer manually.
Since chained SDHC DMA transfers are not supported on mpc512x, limit
'max_segs' tunable parameter to one and initialise it to 64 only when
running on i.MX platforms.

Please pull mpc5xxx patches for v3.9. The bestcomm driver is
moved to drivers/dma (so it will be usable for ColdFire).
mpc5121 now provides common dtsi file and existing mpc5121 device
trees use it. There are some minor clock init and sparse fixes
and updates for various 5200 device tree files from Grant. Some
fixes for bugs in the mpc5121 DIU driver are also included here
(Andrew Morton suggested to push them via my mpc5xxx tree).

Initial board support for the Prodrive PPA8548 AMC module. Board
is an MPC8548 AMC platform used in RapidIO systems. This module is
also used to test/work on mainline linux RapidIO software.

Fix and/or improve the compatible strings of the PCI device tree nodes for
some Freescale SOCs. This fixes some issues and improves consistency among
the SOCs.
Specifically:
1) The P1022 has a v1 PCIe controller, so the compatible property should just
say "fsl,mpc8548-pcie". U-Boot does not look for "fsl,p1022-pcie", so it
wasn't fixing up the node.
2) The P4080 has a v2.1 PCIe controller, so add that version-specific string
to the device tree. Update the kernel to also look for that string.
Currently, the kernel looks for "fsl,p4080-pcie" specifically, but
eventually that check should be deleted.
3) The P1010 device tree claims compatibility with v2.2 and v2.3, but that's
redundant. No other device tree does this. Remove the v2.2 string.
4) The kernel looks for both "fsl,p1023-pcie" and "fsl,qoriq-pcie-v2.2",
even though the P1023 device trees has always included both strings. Remove
the search for "fsl,p1023-pcie".

The PAMU caches use the LIODNs to determine which cache lines hold the
entries for the corresponding LIODs. The LIODNs must therefore be
carefully assigned to avoid cache thrashing -- two active LIODs with
LIODNs that put them in the same cache line.
Currently, LIODNs are statically assigned by U-Boot, but this has
limitations. LIODNs are assigned even for devices that may be disabled
or unused by the kernel. Static assignments also do not allow for device
drivers which may know which LIODs can be used simultaneously. In
other words, we really should assign LIODNs dynamically in Linux.
To do that, we need to describe the PAMU device and cache topologies in
the device trees.

By moving the two JP12 jumpers 90 degrees, and switching the
setting of SW2.8, the sbc8548 can be configured to boot off
the alternate 64MB SODIMM, which when populated with u-boot
can be a handy recovery option, in case the u-boot in the
8MB soldered on flash gets corrupted. Here we add an alternate
dts file to match that configuration.
To better highlight the differences, the output from the u-boot
"fli" command is shown for the normal configuration and then
the alternate configuration.

The original memory map for the sbc8548 had the 64MB SODIMM flash
device misaligned by 8MB to allow a window of address space for
the soldered on 8MB device -- i.e.
start end CS<n> width Desc.

However, if we want to change the configuration so that it boots
off the 64MB flash, it is in turn then aligned with a 64MB boundary,
starting at fc00_0000 (and the 8MB @ fb80_0000 -> fbff_ffff).
This makes for complicated updates, since what is the beginning
of the physical device is 8MB into its address space in the default
configuration shown above.
This issue was fixed as of u-boot commit 3fd673cf363bc86ed42eff713d4
("sbc8548: relocate 64MB user flash to sane boundary") -- in which
the SODIMM was mapped to ec00_0000 (natively aligned under efff_ffff)
and so when JP12/SW2.8 are switched, it will be a a simple 0xec --> 0xfc
mapping between the two instances.
Here we make the associated changes in the localbus flash memory
map in the dts file: indicating the 64MB device starts at ec00_0000
and that the tail end of the 64MB device (last 2 sectors) can contain
a bootloader image.
The partitions for both flash devices get a clean-up; there were
non-meaningful assignments in there that probably originated from
the MPC8548CDS on which the file was based on. Now there is just
the categorization of free space and bootloader images.

Updates to u-boot allow this board to boot off of either
the 8MB soldered on flash, or the 64MB SODIMM flash.
This is achieved by changing JP12 and SW2.8 which in turn
swaps which flash device appears on /CS0 and /CS6 respectively.
Since the flash devices are not the same size, this also
changes the MTD memory map layout on the local bus.
Here we split the common chunks out into a pre and post
include, so they can be reused by an upcoming "alternative
boot" dts file; leaving only the local bus chunk behind.
No content changes are made at this point - it is just purely
the move to using include files.

The DTC labels feature allows a dts file to reference a node without
having to reproduce the entire node hierarchy above it. We can use this
to simplify the MPC5200 board dts files by referencing the gpt nodes by
label.

The Lite5200 evaluation board has a number of debug LEDs that Linux
doesn't know about yet. This change adds a gpio-leds stanza to the
lite5200 device tree so that the correct driver can get hooked up.
Also, make use of the dtc labels feature to reduce the number of source
lines required to add the gpio-controller property to the general
purpose timer nodes. In addition, the required #gpio-cells properties
are added to the common mpc5200b dtsi include file so that each board
doesn't need to add them explicitly. This still doesn't enable gpio
mode, 'gpio-controller' is required for that, but it means less work
needs to be done by board ports.

The Freescale / iVeia P1022RDK reference board is a small-factor board
with a Freescale P1022 SOC. It includes:
1) 512 MB 64-bit DDR3-800 (max) memory
2) 8MB SPI serial flash memory for boot loader
3) Bootable 4-bit SD/MMC port
4) Two 10/100/1000 Ethernet connectors
5) One SATA port

Unlike the P1022DS, the P1022RDK does not have any localbus devices,

We only need two examples of CAMP device trees in the upstream kernel.
Co-operative Asymmetric Multi-Processing (CAMP) is a technique where two
or more operating systems (typically multiple copies of the same Linux
kernel) are loaded into memory, and each kernel is given a subset of the
available cores to execute on. For example, on a four-core system, one
kernel runs on cores 0 and 1, and the other runs on cores 2 and 3.
The devices are also partitioned among the operating systems, and this is
done with customized device trees. Each kernel gets its own device tree
that has only the devices that it should know about.
Unfortunately, this approach is very hackish. The kernels are trusted to
only access devices in their respective device trees, and the partitioning
only works for devices that can be handled. Crafting the device trees is a
tricky process, and getting U-Boot to load and start all kernels is
cumbersome.
But most importantly, each CAMP setup is very application-specific, since
the actual partitioning of resources is done in the DTS by the system
designer. Therefore, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have a lot of CAMP
device trees, since we only expect them to be used as examples.

Default CoreNet Coherency Bus (CCB) frequency on P3041 is 750MHz, but espi
cannot work at 40MHz with this CCB frequency, so we need to slow down the
clock rate of espi to 35MHz to make it work stable at the CCB frequency.

In SGMII riser card different PHY chip are used with different external
IRQ from eTSEC. To support PHY link state auto detect in SGMII mode we
should add another group of PHY nodes for SGMII mode.
For MPC8572DS IRQ6 is used for PHY0~PHY1, IRQ7 is used for PHY2~PHY3.
For MPC8544DS and MPC8536DS IRQ6 is used for PHY0~PHY1.
For P2020DS IRQ5 is used for PHY1~PHY2.

In order to enable the DIU video controller on the P1022DS, the FPGA needs
to be switched to "indirect mode", where the localbus is disabled and
the FPGA is accessed via writes to localbus chip select signals CS0 and CS1.
To obtain the address of CS0 and CS1, the platform driver uses an "indirect
pixis mode" device tree node. This node assumes that the localbus 'ranges'
property is sorted in chip-select order. That is, reg value 0 maps to
CS0, reg value 1 maps to CS1, etc. This is how the 'ranges' property is
supposed to be arranged.
Unfortunately, the 'ranges' property is often mis-arranged, and not just on
the P1022DS. Linux normally does not care, since it does not program the
localbus. But the indirect-mode code on the P1022DS does care.
The "proper" fix is to have U-Boot fix the 'ranges' property, but this would
be too cumbersome. The names and 'reg' properties of all the localbus
devices would also need to be updated, and determining which localbus device
maps to which chip select is board-specific.
Instead, we determine the CS0/CS1 base addresses the same way that U-boot
does -- by reading the BRx registers directly and mapping them to physical
addresses. This code is simpler and more reliable, and it does not require
a U-boot or device tree change.
Since the indirect pixis device tree node is no longer needed, the node is
deleted from the DTS.

This reference board dates back to 2004, and is largely a legacy
EOL product. The MPC8560 is a pre e500v2 CPU. The SBC8548 is
a more modern, better e500v2 target for people to use as a
reference board with today's kernels, should they require one.
Removing support for it will also allow us to remove some
sbc8560 specific quirk handling in 8250 UART code, and some
MTD mapping support.

The initial commit was my fault. There are two boards out there:
P2020RDB and P2020RDB-PC. I wasn't aware of that and assumed that I have
a RDB board in front of me while I the RDB-PC. This patch makes it work
for the RDB-PC variant and breaks it for the RDB. Now there is a device
tree file available for the RDB-PC which was not there earlier. So with
this revert, everything gets back to normal :)

Add spi support for mgcoge into the platform code and the dts
file. Additionaly SPIDEV is switched on in the defconfig and the
updates for the newer kernel version are committed. The SPI
interface is used to drive the Maxim DS3106 clock chip.

Currently we build all board files regardless of the final zImage
target. This is sub-optimal (in terms on compilation) and leads to
problems in one platform needlessly causing failures for other
platforms.
Use the Kconfig variables to selectively construct this board files to
build.

bit more nasty than usual as in touching things outside of
arch/powerpc mostly due to the big iSeriesectomy :-) We finally got
rid of the bugger (legacy iSeries support) which was a PITA to
maintain and that nobody really used anymore.
Here are some of the highlights:
- Legacy iSeries is gone. Thanks Stephen ! There's still some bits
and pieces remaining if you do a grep -ir series arch/powerpc but
they are harmless and will be removed in the next few weeks
hopefully.
- The 'fadump' functionality (Firmware Assisted Dump) replaces the
previous (equivalent) "pHyp assisted dump"... it's a rewrite of a
mechanism to get the hypervisor to do crash dumps on pSeries, the
new implementation hopefully being much more reliable. Thanks
Mahesh Salgaonkar.
- The "EEH" code (pSeries PCI error handling & recovery) got a big
spring cleaning, motivated by the need to be able to implement a
new backend for it on top of some new different type of firwmare.
The work isn't complete yet, but a good chunk of the cleanups is
there. Note that this adds a field to struct device_node which is
not very nice and which Grant objects to. I will have a patch soon
that moves that to a powerpc private data structure (hopefully
before rc1) and we'll improve things further later on (hopefully
getting rid of the need for that pointer completely). Thanks Gavin
Shan.
- I dug into our exception & interrupt handling code to improve the
way we do lazy interrupt handling (and make it work properly with
"edge" triggered interrupt sources), and while at it found & fixed
a wagon of issues in those areas, including adding support for page
fault retry & fatal signals on page faults.

of new embedded boards, both Freescale and APM based ones, etc..."

Commit c55aef0e5b "powerpc/boot: Change the load address for the wrapper
to fit the kernel" adjusted the laod address if the uncompressed kernel
was too large. Ps3 does not compress the kernel and uses a different
linker script, so do not adjust the load address in that case.

The MSIIR register for each MSI bank is aliased to a different
address. The MSI node reg property was updated to contain this
address:
e.g. reg = <0x41600 0x200 0x44140 4>;
The first region contains the address and length of the MSI
register set and the second region contains the address of
the aliased MSIIR register at 0x44140.

The mpc836x_mds platform has been broken since the commit
6fe3264945
"netdev/phy: Use mdiobus_read() so that proper locks are taken"
which caused the fsl_pq_mdio TBI autoprobe to oops. The oops
was "fixed" in commit 28d8ea2d56
"fsl_pq_mdio: Clean up tbi address configuration"
by simply removing the the autoscan code, and making tbi nodes
mandatory. Some of the newer reference platforms were updated
to have tbi nodes in 220669495b
"powerpc: Add TBI PHY node to first MDIO bus"
but the older mpc836x didn't get one and hence was just failing
with -EBUSY as follows:
fsl-pq_mdio: probe of e0102120.mdio failed with error -16
...
net eth0: Could not attach to PHY
eth0: Cannot initialize PHY, aborting.
Add a TBI node and use the 1st free address for it.

The Freescale P1022 has a unique pin muxing "feature" where the DIU video
controller's video signals are muxed with 24 of the local bus address signals.
When the DIU is enabled, the bulk of the local bus is disabled, preventing
access to memory-mapped devices like NOR flash and the pixis FPGA.
Therefore, if the DIU is going to be enabled, then memory-mapped devices on
the localbus, like NOR flash, need to be disabled.
This also means that the localbus is not a 'simple-bus' any more, so remove
that string from the compatible node.

This is here most likely since the FSL bsp. Back in the FSL bsp it was
set to 50Mhz and working. However the driver divided the SoC freq. only
by 2. According to the TRM the platform clock (which the manual refers
in its formula) is the system clock divided by two. So in the end it has
to divide by 4 and this is what the fsl-spi driver in tree is doing.
Since then the flash is not wokring I guess. After chaning the freq from
50Mhz to 40Mhz like others do then I can access the flash.

It is not at 0xffa00000. According to current u-boot source the NAND
controller is always at 0xff800000 and it is either at CS0 or CS1
depending on NAND or NAND+NOR mode. In 36bit mode it is shifted to
0xfff800000 but it has always an eight there and never an A.

The FreeScale PowerQUICC-III-compatible (mpc85xx/mpc86xx) MPICs do not
correctly report the number of hardware interrupt sources, so software
needs to override the detected value with "256".
To avoid needing to write custom board-specific code to detect that
scenario, allow it to be easily overridden in the device-tree.

The Freescale MPIC (and perhaps others in the future) is incapable of
routing non-IPI interrupts to more than once CPU at a time. Currently
all of the Freescale boards msut pass the MPIC_SINGLE_DEST_CPU flag to
mpic_alloc(), but that information should really be present in the
device-tree.
Older board code can't rely on the device-tree having the property set,
but newer platforms won't need it manually specified in the code.

The MPIC code checks for a "big-endian" property and sets the flag
MPIC_BIG_ENDIAN if one is present, although prior to the "mpic->flags"
fixup that would never have worked anways.
Unfortunately, even now that it works properly, the Freescale mpic
device-node (the "PowerQUICC-III"-compatible one) does not specify it,
so all of the board ports need to manually pass it to mpic_alloc().
Document the flag and add it to the pq3 device tree. Existing code will
still need to pass the MPIC_BIG_ENDIAN flag because their dtb may not
have this property, but new platforms shouldn't need to do so.

According to latest kernel, the auto-cmd12 property should be
"sdhci,auto-cmd12", and according to the SDHC binding and the workaround for
the special chip, add the chip compatible for eSDHC: "fsl,p1022-esdhc",
"fsl,mpc8536-esdhc", "fsl,p1020-esdhc", "fsl,p2020-esdhc" and
"fsl,p1010-esdhc".

This hooks dtc into Kbuild's dependency system.
Thus, for example, "make dtbs" will rebuild tegra-harmony.dtb if only
tegra20.dtsi has changed yet tegra-harmony.dts has not. The previous
lack of this feature recently caused me to have very confusing "git
bisect" results.
For ARM, it's obvious what to add to $(targets). I'm not familiar enough
with other architectures to know what to add there. Powerpc appears to
already add various .dtb files into $(targets), but the other archs may
need something added to $(targets) to work.

Fix up a trivial conflict in arch/powerpc/include/asm/cputime.h due to
the additional sparse-checking code for cputime_t.
The Freescale serial port's are pretty much a 16550, however there are
some FSL specific bugs and features. Add a "fsl,ns16550" compatiable
string to allow code to handle those FSL specific issues.

Systems which use the fsl_pq_mdio driver need to specify an
address for TBI PHY transactions such that the address does
not conflict with any PHYs on the bus (all transactions to
that address are directed to the onboard TBI PHY). The driver
used to scan for a free address if no address was specified,
however this ran into issues when the PHY Lib was fixed so
that all MDIO transactions were protected by a mutex. As it
is, the code was meant to serve as a transitional tool until
the device trees were all updated to specify the TBI address.
The best fix for the mutex issue was to remove the scanning code,
but it turns out some of the newer SoCs have started to omit
the tbi-phy node when SGMII is not being used. As such, these
devices will now fail unless we add a tbi-phy node to the first
mdio controller.

commit c55aef0e5b ("powerpc/boot: Change the load address
for the wrapper to fit the kernel") introduced a WARNING to
inform the user that the uncompressed kernel would overlap
the boot uncompressing wrapper code. Change it to an INFO.
I initially thought, this would be a 'WARNING' for the those
boards, where the link_address should be fixed, so that the
user can take actions accordingly.
Changing the same to INFO.

The wrapper code which uncompresses the kernel in case of a 'ppc' boot
is by default loaded at 0x00400000 and the kernel will be uncompressed
to fit the location 0-0x00400000. But with dynamic relocations, the size
of the kernel may exceed 0x00400000(4M). This would cause an overlap
of the uncompressed kernel and the boot wrapper, causing a failure in
boot.
The message looks like :
zImage starting: loaded at 0x00400000 (sp: 0x0065ffb0)
Allocating 0x5ce650 bytes for kernel ...
Insufficient memory for kernel at address 0! (_start=00400000, uncompressed size=00591a20)
This patch shifts the load address of the boot wrapper code to the next
higher MB, according to the size of the uncompressed vmlinux.
With the patch, we get the following message while building the image :
WARN: Uncompressed kernel (size 0x5b0344) overlaps the address of the wrapper(0x400000)
WARN: Fixing the link_address of wrapper to (0x600000)

The upcomming currituck patches will need to do 64-bit shifts which will
fail with undefined symbol without this patch.
I looked at linking against libgcc but we can't guarantee that libgcc
was compiled with soft-float. Also Using ../lib/div64.S or
../kernel/misc_32.S, this will break the build as the .o's need to be
built with different flags for the bootwrapper vs the kernel. So for
now the easyest option is to just copy code from
arch/powerpc/kernel/misc_32.S I don't think this code changes too often ;P

So I've had one of these for a while and it looks like the vendor never
bothered submitting the support upstream.
This adds it using ppc40x_simple and provides a device-tree.
There are some changes to the boot wrapper because the way u-boot works
on this thing, it seems to expect a multipart image with the kernel,
initrd and dtb in it.
The USB support is missing as it needs the yet unmerged driver for
the DWC OTG part and the GPIOs may need further definition in the dts.

The AppliedMicro APM8018X embedded processor targets embedded applications that
require low power and a small footprint. It features a PowerPC 405 processor
core built in a 65nm low-power CMOS process with a five-stage pipeline executing
up to one instruction per cycle. The family has 128-kbytes of on-chip memory,
a 128-bit local bus and on-chip DDR2 SDRAM controller with 16-bit interface.

The Freescale P1022 has a unique pin muxing "feature" where the DIU video
controller's video signals are muxed with 24 of the local bus address signals.
When the DIU is enabled, the bulk of the local bus is disabled, preventing
access to memory-mapped devices like NOR flash and the pixis FPGA.
In this situation, the pixis supports "indirect mode", which allows access
to the pixis itself by reading/writing addresses on specific local bus
chip selects. CS0 is used to select which pixis register to access, and
CS1 is used to read/write the value.
To support this, we introduce another board-control child node of the
localbus node that contains a 'reg' property for CS0 and CS1. This will
produce the correct physical addresses for CS0 and CS1.

If we include the p1020rdb.dts instead of p1020si.dts we greatly reduce
duplication and maintenance. We can just list which devices are
disabled for the given core and mpic protected sources.

P1023 external IRQ[4:6, 11] are not pin out, but the interrupts are
utilized by the PCIe controllers. As they are not exposed as pins we
need to set them as active-high (internal to the SoC these interrupts
are pulled down).
IRQs[0:3,7:10] are pulled up on the board so we have them set as
active-low.

The P3060QDS is a Freescale reference board that hosts the six-core P3060 SOC.
The P3060 Processor combines six e500mc Power Architecture processor cores with
high-performance datapath acceleration architecture(DPAA), CoreNet fabric
infrastructure, as well as network and peripheral interfaces.

Standarize and document the FPGA nodes used on Freescale QorIQ reference
boards. There are different kinds of FPGAs used on the boards, but
only two are currently standard: "pixis", "ngpixis", and "qixis". Although
there are minor differences among the boards that have one kind of FPGA, most
of the functionality is the same, so it makes sense to create common
compatibility strings.
We also need to update the P1022DS platform file, because the compatible
string for its PIXIS node has changed. This means that older kernels are
not compatible with newer device trees. This is not a real problem, however,
since that particular function doesn't work anyway. When the DIU is active,
the PIXIS is in "indirect mode", and so cannot be accessed as a memory-mapped
device.

There's only p2041rdb board for official release, but the p2041 silicon
on the board can be converted to p2040 silicon without XAUI and L2 cache
function, then the board becomes p2040rdb board. so we use the file name
p2041_rdb.c to handle P2040RDB board and P2041RDB board which is also
consistent with the board name under U-Boot.
During the rename we make few other minor changes to the device tree:
* Move USB phy setting into p2041si.dtsi as its SoC not board defined
* Convert PCI clock-frequency to decimal to be more readable

The P4080 silicon device tree was using PowerPC,4080 while the other
e500mc based SoCs used PowerPC,e500mc. Use the core name to be
consistent going forward.

timer0 and timer1 pins are used as simple GPIO on this board.
Add gpio-controller and #gpio-cells properties to timer nodes
so that we can control gpio lines using available MPC52xx
GPT driver.

Add new nodes to describe more hardware the board is
equipped with:
- two can nodes for SJA1000 on localbus
- pci node to support Coral-PA graphics controller
- serial node for SC28L92 DUART on localbus
- spi node for MSP430 device

This adds a skeletton for the new Power "Non Virtualized"
platform which will be used by machines supporting running
without an hypervisor, for example in order to run KVM.
These machines will be using a new firmware called OPAL
for which the support will be provided by later patches.
The PowerNV platform is intended to be also usable under
the BML environment used internally for early CPU bringup
which is why the code also supports using RTAS instead of
OPAL in various places.

In the p1023rds, a physical bus of nor flash is 16 bits width.
The bank-width is width (in bytes) of the bus width. So, the
value of bank-width of nor flash is not one, and it should be
two.

This patch cleans up the documentation of the device-tree binding for
the Flexcan devices on Freescale's PowerPC and ARM cores. Extra
properties are not used by the driver so we are removing them.

Taishan (440GX) has the first PHY (EMAC2) mapped at PHY address 1
and the 2nd PHY (EMAC3) at PHY address 3. Use "phy-address" to
correctly describe this instead of "phy-map".

Read the start of memory from the device tree and limit the memory to what's
specified in the device tree.

On P1022DS both ethernet controllers are connected to RGMII PHYs
accessible via MDIO bus. Remove fixed-link property from ethernet
nodes as they only required when fixed link PHYs without MDIO bus
are used.

On the Freescale P1022DS reference board, the SSI audio controller is
connected in "asynchronous" mode to the codec's clocks, so the device tree
needs an "fsl,ssi-asynchronous" property.
Also remove the clock-frequency property from the wm8776 node, because
the clock is enabled only if U-Boot enables it, and U-Boot will set the
property if the clock is enabled. A future version of the P1022DS audio
driver will configure the clock itself, but for now, the driver should
not be told that the clock is running when it isn't.
Also fix the FIFO depth to 15, instead of 16.

The eTSEC includes a PTP clock with quite a few features. This patch adds
support for the basic clock adjustment functions, plus two external time
stamps, one alarm, and the PPS callback.

Create the dts files for each core and splits the devices between the two
cores for P1020RDB.
Core0 has core0 to have memory, l2, i2c, spi, gpio, tdm, dma, usb, eth1,
eth2, sdhc, crypto, global-util, message, pci0, pci1, msi.
Core1 has l2, eth0, crypto.
MPIC is shared between two cores but each core will protect its interrupts
from other core by using "protected-sources" of mpic.
Fix compatible property for global-util node of P1020si.dtsi.

PCIe device in legacy mode can trigger interrupts using the wires #INTA,
#INTB ,#INTC and #INTD. PCI devices are obligated to use #INTx for
interrupts under legacy mode. Each PCI slot or device is typically wired
to different inputs on the interrupt controller.
So, Define interrupt-map and interrupt-map-mask properties for device tree
to of map each PCI interrupt signal to the inputs of the interrupt
controller.
