David S. Miller 96dab45fc3 smsc911x: Unconditionally include linux/smscphy.h in smsc911x.h
The energy detect enable/disable code in the driver uses some
register defines in this header unconditionally, so guarding
the smscphy.h header include with CONFIG_SMSC_PHY leads to
build failures in some configurations.

Javier Martinez Canillas 43c6759e73 net: phy: smsc: Move SMSC PHY constants to <linux/smscphy.h>
SMSC generation 4 LAN chips integrate an IEEE 802.3 ethernet physical layer.
The ethernet driver for this family of devices needs to access the SMSC PHY
registers and bit-fields.

So, this patch moves these constants to a place where it can be used for both
the PHY and LAN drivers.

Jeff Kirsher ae150435b5 smsc: Move the SMC (SMSC) drivers
Moves the SMC (SMSC) drivers into drivers/net/ethernet/smsc/ and the
necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes. Also did some cleanup
of NET_VENDOR_SMC Kconfig tag for the 8390 based drivers.
