There is no reason to keep this gpio based code in architecture. Use
ledtrig-heartbeat.c instead which is much more flexible then this
ancient code.

Microblaze has support for early printk. The second serial
driver (uart16550/8250) has no microblaze support for early
printk.

Renamed local_irq functions to raw_local_irq in irq.c.
Added TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT to Kconfig.debug.
