We are going to split <linux/sched/task_stack.h> out of <linux/sched.h>, which
will have to be picked up from other headers and a couple of .c files.
Create a trivial placeholder <linux/sched/task_stack.h> file that just
maps to <linux/sched.h> to make this patch obviously correct and
bisectable.
Include the new header in the files that are going to need it.

user_64bit_mode(regs) basically checks regs->cs to point to a
64-bit segment. This check used to be unreliable here because
regs->cs was not always correct in syscalls.
Now regs->cs is always correct: in syscalls, in interrupts, in
exceptions. No need to emply heuristics here.

After recent changes to syscall entry points,
user_regs->{cs,ss,sp} are always correct. (They used to be
undefined while in syscalls).
We can report them reliably, without guessing.

Prepare for the removal of 'usersp', by simplifying PER_CPU(old_rsp) usage:
- use it only as temp storage
- store the userspace stack pointer immediately in pt_regs->sp
on syscall entry, instead of using it later, on syscall exit.
- change C code to use pt_regs->sp only, instead of PER_CPU(old_rsp)
and task->thread.usersp.
FIXUP/RESTORE_TOP_OF_STACK are simplified as well.

Perf reports user regs for kernel-mode samples so that samples can
be backtraced through user code. The old code was very broken in
syscall context, resulting in useless backtraces.
The new code, in contrast, is still dangerously racy, but it should
at least work most of the time.

On x86_64, at least, task_pt_regs may be only partially initialized
in many contexts, so x86_64 should not use it without extra care
from interrupt context, let alone NMI context.
This will allow x86_64 to override the logic and will supply some
scratch space to use to make a cleaner copy of user regs.

Introducing PERF_SAMPLE_REGS_USER sample type bit to trigger the dump of
user level registers on sample. Registers we want to dump are specified
by sample_regs_user bitmask.
Only user level registers are dumped at the moment. Meaning the register
values of the user space context as it was before the user entered the
kernel for whatever reason (syscall, irq, exception, or a PMI happening
in userspace).
The layout of the sample_regs_user bitmap is described in
asm/perf_regs.h for archs that support register dump.
This is going to be useful to bring Dwarf CFI based stack unwinding on
top of samples.

This brings a new API to help the selective dump of registers on event
sampling, and its implementation for x86 arch.
Added HAVE_PERF_REGS config option to determine if the architecture
provides perf registers ABI.
The information about desired registers will be passed in u64 mask.
It's up to the architecture to map the registers into the mask bits.
For the x86 arch implementation, both 32 and 64 bit registers bits are
defined within single enum to ensure 64 bit system can provide register
dump for compat task if needed in the future.
