Kuninori Morimoto b76e218ae5 ASoC: rsnd: add rsnd_mod_get() macro and use it 
Renesas sound driver has SSI/SRC/DVC/CTU/MIX, and these are controlled
as modules. And these module are member of each modules's private data.
It used own method to get module pointer, but Let's use common method

Kuninori Morimoto 70fb10529f ASoC: rsnd: add MIX (Mixer) support 
This patch adds MIX (Mixer) initial support for rsnd driver.
It is assuming that this MIX is used via DPCM.

This is sample code for playback.

	CPU0  : [MEM] -> [SRC1] -> [CTU02] -+

					    +-> [MIX0] -> [DVC0] -> [SSI0]

	CPU1  : [MEM] -> [SRC2] -> [CTU03] -+
