The function for byteswapping the data send to/from atombios was buggy for
num_bytes not divisible by four. The function must be aware of the fact
that after byte-swapping the u32 units, valid bytes might end up after the
num_bytes boundary.
This patch was tested on kernel 3.12 and allowed us to sucesfully use
DisplayPort on and Radeon SI card. Namely it fixed the link training and
EDID readout.
The function is patched both in radeon and amd drivers, since the functions
and the fixes are identical.

When this code was written, we didn't retry DP aux transactions on any
error, which required retrying important transactions like this in
individual drivers. Since that's no longer the case, retrying here is
not necessary. As well, we retry any aux transaction on any error 32
times. 7 * 32 = 224, which means this loop causes us to retry grabbing
the dpcd 224 times. This is definitely far more then we actually need to
do.

The atombios tables have an unfortunate restriction on only
being able to write 12 bytes, MST really wants 16-bytes here,
and since the hw can do it, we should just write directly to it.
This uses a module option to allow for it now, and maybe
we should provide the old code as a fallback for a while.
