Conflicts in drivers/gpu/drm/msm/adreno/adreno_gpu.c:

Conflict between the 7fa5047a43 ("drm: Use of_property_present() for
testing DT property presence") and 9f251f9340 ("drm/msm/adreno: Use
OPP for every GPU generation"). The latter removed the of_ function
call outright, so I went with what's in the PR unchanged.

Jeffrey Hugo 830f3f27a3 accel/qaic: Add documentation for AIC100 accelerator driver
The Qualcomm Cloud AI 100 (AIC100) device is an Artificial Intelligence
accelerator PCIe card. It contains a number of components both in the
SoC and on the card which facilitate running workloads:

QSM: management processor
NSPs: workload compute units
DMA Bridge: dedicated data mover for the workloads
MHI: multiplexed communication channels
DDR: workload storage and memory

The Linux kernel driver for AIC100 is called "QAIC" and is located in the
accel subsystem.

Ashutosh Dixit 4ed22f1e52 drm/i915/hwmon: Use 0 to designate disabled PL1 power limit
On ATSM the PL1 limit is disabled at power up. The previous uapi assumed
that the PL1 limit is always enabled and therefore did not have a notion of
a disabled PL1 limit. This results in erroneous PL1 limit values when the
PL1 limit is disabled. For example at power up, the disabled ATSM PL1 limit
was previously shown as 0 which means a low PL1 limit whereas the limit
being disabled actually implies a high effective PL1 limit value.

To get round this problem, the PL1 limit uapi is expanded to include a
special value 0 to designate a disabled PL1 limit. A read value of 0 means
that the PL1 power limit is disabled, writing 0 disables the limit.

The link between this patch and the bugs mentioned below is as follows:
* Because on ATSM the PL1 power limit is disabled on power up and there
were no means to enable it, we previously implemented the means to
enable the limit when the PL1 hwmon entry (power1_max) was written to.
* Now there is a IGT igt@i915_hwmon@hwmon_write which (a) reads orig value
from all hwmon sysfs (b) does a bunch of random writes and finally (c)
restores the orig value read. On ATSM since the orig value is 0, when
the IGT restores the 0 value, the PL1 limit is now enabled with a value
  of 0.
* PL1 limit of 0 implies a low PL1 limit which causes GPU freq to fall to
100 MHz. This causes GuC FW load and several IGT's to start timing out
and gives rise to these Intel CI bugs. After this patch, writing 0 would
disable the PL1 limit instead of enabling it, avoiding the freq drop
  issue.

v2: Add explanation for bugs mentioned below (Rodrigo)
v3: Eliminate race during PL1 disable and verify (Tvrtko)
Change return to -ENODEV if verify fails (Tvrtko)

This series adds a deadline hint to fences, so realtime deadlines
such as vblank can be communicated to the fence signaller for power/
frequency management decisions.

This is partially inspired by a trick i915 does, but implemented
via dma-fence for a couple of reasons:

1) To continue to be able to use the atomic helpers
2) To support cases where display and gpu are different drivers

See https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/93035/

This does not yet add any UAPI, although this will be needed in
a number of cases:

1) Workloads "ping-ponging" between CPU and GPU, where we don't
want the GPU freq governor to interpret time stalled waiting
   for GPU as "idle" time
2) Cases where the compositor is waiting for fences to be signaled
before issuing the atomic ioctl, for example to maintain 60fps
cursor updates even when the GPU is not able to maintain that
   framerate.

Rob Clark aec11c8d7c dma-buf/dma-fence: Add deadline awareness
Add a way to hint to the fence signaler of an upcoming deadline, such as
vblank, which the fence waiter would prefer not to miss. This is to aid
the fence signaler in making power management decisions, like boosting
frequency as the deadline approaches and awareness of missing deadlines
so that can be factored in to the frequency scaling.

v2: Drop dma_fence::deadline and related logic to filter duplicate

AngeloGioacchino Del Regno e82b84538a dt-bindings: gpu: mali-bifrost: Split out MediaTek power-domains variation
In preparation for adding new bindings for new MediaTek SoCs, split out
the power-domains variation from the `else` in the current
mediatek,mt8183-mali conditional.

The sram-supply part is left in place to be disallowed for anything
that is not compatible with "mediatek,mt8183-mali" as this regulator
is MediaTek-specific and it is, and will ever be, used only for this
specific string due to the addition of the mediatek-regulator-coupler
driver.
