This kernel configuration is basically enabling/disabling sr driver quirks
detection. While these quirks are for fairly rare devices (very old CD
burners, and a glucometer), the additional detection of these models is a
very minimal amount of code.
The logic behind the quirks is always built into the sr driver.
This also removes the config from all the defconfig files that are enabling
this already.

MTD_NAND is large and encloses much more than what the symbol is
actually used for: raw NAND. Clarify the symbol by naming it
MTD_RAW_NAND instead.

Move all the EDAC core functionality behind CONFIG_EDAC and get rid of
that indirection. Update defconfigs which had it.
While at it, fix dependencies such that EDAC depends on RAS for the
tracepoints.

Unify mpc85xx and corenet configs using fragments, to ease maintenance
and avoid the sort of drift that the previous patch fixed.
Hardware and software options are separated, with the hope that other
embedded platforms could share the software options, and to make it
easier to maintain custom/alternate configs that focus on either
hardware or software options.
Due to the previous patch, this patch should not affect the results of
any of the affected defconfigs -- only how those results are achieved.
The resulting config is more or less the union of the options that any
of the configs previously selected. No attempt was made in this (or
the previous) patch to edit out questionable options, but this patch
will make it easier to do so in future patches.
