Marcin Nowakowski 73346081ca MIPS: Use early_init_fdt_reserve_self to protect DTB location
early_init_fdt_reserve_self is used to tell the boot memory allocator
that a memory is occupied by the DTB, so add it in the MIPS init code to
ensure information about the DTB is added to the boot memory array.

Jonas Gorski d3557d9616 MIPS: Fix build with CONFIG_OF=y for non OF-enabled targets
Commit 01306aeadd ("MIPS: prepare for user enabling of CONFIG_OF")
changed the guards in asm/prom.h from CONFIG_OF to CONFIG_USE_OF, but
missed the actual function declarations in kernel/prom.c, which have
additional dependencies.

Fixes the following build error:

  CC arch/mips/kernel/prom.o
arch/mips/kernel/prom.c: In function '__dt_setup_arch':
arch/mips/kernel/prom.c:54:2: error: implicit declaration of function 'early_init_dt_scan' [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]

Rob Herring 01306aeadd MIPS: prepare for user enabling of CONFIG_OF
In preparation to allow users to enable DeviceTree without arch or
machine selecting it, we need to fix build errors on MIPS. When
CONFIG_OF is enabled, device_tree_init cannot be resolved. This is
trivially fixed by using CONFIG_USE_OF instead of CONFIG_OF for prom.h.

Santosh Shilimkar 374d5c9964 of: Specify initrd location using 64-bit
On some PAE architectures, the entire range of physical memory could reside
outside the 32-bit limit. These systems need the ability to specify the
initrd location using 64-bit numbers.

This patch globally modifies the early_init_dt_setup_initrd_arch() function to
use 64-bit numbers instead of the current unsigned long.

There has been quite a bit of debate about whether to use u64 or phys_addr_t.
It was concluded to stick to u64 to be consistent with rest of the device
tree code. As summarized by Geert, "The address to load the initrd is decided
by the bootloader/user and set at that point later in time. The dtb should not
be tied to the kernel you are booting"

Grant Likely 85f60ae4ee dt/flattree: explicitly pass command line pointer to early_init_dt_scan_chosen
This patch drops the reference to a global 'cmd_line' variable from
early_init_dt_scan_chosen, and instead passes the pointer to the command
line string via the *data argument. Each architecture does something
slightly different with the initial command line, so it makes sense for
the architecture to be able to specify the variable name.
