ASoC: pxa: Migrate to new style legacy DAI naming flag
Change the legacy DAI naming flag from opting in to the new scheme
(non_legacy_dai_naming), to opting out of it (legacy_dai_naming).
These drivers appear to be on the CPU side of the DAI link and
currently uses the legacy naming, so add the new flag.

ASoC: pxa: pxa-ssp: move .suspend/.resume to component
There is no big difference at implementation for .suspend/.resume
between DAI driver and Component driver.
But because some driver is using DAI version, thus ALSA SoC needs
to keep supporting it, hence, framework becoming verbose.
If we can swtcih all DAI driver .suspend/.resume to Component driver,
we can remove verbose code from ALSA SoC.

Driver is getting its private data via dai->dev.
But dai->dev and component->dev are same dev, thus, we can convert
these. For same reason, we can convert dai->active to
component->active if necessary.

This patch moves DAI driver .suspend/.resume to Component driver

spi: pxa2xx: No need to keep pointer to platform device
There is no need to keep a pointer to the platform device. Currently there are
no users of it directly, and if there will be in the future we may restore it
from pointer to the struct device.

Convert all users at the same time.

ASoC: pxa-ssp: add support for an external clock in devicetree
Allow setting a clock called 'extclk' in the device of the ssp-dai
device. If specified, this clock will be set to the mclk rate from the
DAI's .set_sysclk() callback. The DAI will also configure itself to
use that external clock.

ASoC: pxa-ssp: remove .set_pll() and .set_clkdiv() callbacks
The .set_pll() and .set_clkdiv() callbacks are considered legacy and should
not be used anymore. In order to support PXA boards on DT platforms, remove
them and let the code figure out the correct dividers and PLL base
frequencies itself.

ASoC: fold pxa2xx-pcm into its only user, pxa2xx-ac97
Now that the PXA SSP bits are ported over to generic DMA, the pxa2xx-pcm
code only has a single user left. This patch folds the remaining bits into
its only user and removes the unnecessary glue layer along with its header
file.

The include dependency to linux/dma/pxa-dma.h is also gone now.

Robert Jarzmik cd31b80736 ARM: pxa: change SSP DMA channels allocation
Now the dma_slave_map is available for PXA architecture, switch the SSP
device to it.

This specifically means that :
- for platform data based machines, the DMA requestor channels are
  extracted from the slave map, where pxa-ssp-dai.<N> is a 1-1 match to
  ssp.<N>, and the channels are either "rx" or "tx".

- for device tree platforms, the dma node should be hooked into the
  pxa2xx-ac97 or pxa-ssp-dai node.

ASoC: pxa-ssp: allow more flexible setup order
The pxa-ssp driver currently assumes that .set_fmt() is called before
.set_clkdiv(), .set_pll() etc.

Commit a8bd0ee558 ("ASoC: raumfeld: Use static DAI format setup") broke
support for Raumfeld hardware (and possible other PXA based ones) because
it effectively changed the order of these calls. Also, as the call to
.set_fmt() is now done at probe time, the port clock is not yet enabled.

To fix this, strip all hardware register access code from the .set_fmt()
callback and memorize the desired value, so we can use it from the
.hw_params() callback. Also make the .set_fmt() callback less destructive
by reading all registers that it writes to in the beginning and only
masking out the bits that it possibly fiddles with.

Arnd Bergmann b45281412a ASoC: pxa: remove mach header dependency
As we are moving the mmp platform towards multiplatform support,
we have to stop including platform header files.

This changes the pxa-ssp sound driver file to no longer depend
on mach/hardware.h and mach/dma.h. The code using the definitions
from those headers is actually gone already, the only thing
that was still being used was the pxa_dma_desc typedef, which
we can easily work around by using the normal 'struct pxa_dma_desc'
name.

The pxa2xx-dma driver still uses this header, so we include it
explicitly there, which is ok because that is only used on pxa,
not on mmp.

Daniel Mack d65a14587a ASoC: pxa: use snd_dmaengine_dai_dma_data
Use snd_dmaengine_dai_dma_data for passing the dma parameters from
clients to the pxa pcm lib. This does no functional change, it's just an
intermedia step to migrate the pxa bits over to dmaengine.

The calculation of dcmd is a transition hack which will be removed again
in a later patch. It's just there to make the transition more readable.

Daniel Mack 273b72c8ce ASoC: pxa-ssp: atomically set stream active masks
PXA's SSP engine fails to take its current channel phase into account
when enabling a stream while the engine is already running. This
results in randomly swapped left/right channels on either the record
or the playback side, depending on which one was enabled first.

The following patch fixes this by factoring out the bit field
modifications in question to a separate function that pauses the
engine temporarily, modifies the bits and kicks it off again
afterwards. Appearantly, a transition of SSCR0_SSE syncs both
directions properly.

The patch has been rolled out to quite a number of devices over the
last weeks and seems to fix the issue reliably.

Lars-Peter Clausen 85e7652d89 ASoC: Constify snd_soc_dai_ops structs
Commit 1ee46ebd("ASoC: Make the DAI ops constant in the DAI structure")
introduced the possibility to have constant DAI ops structures, yet this is
barley used in both existing drivers and also new drivers being submitted,
although none of them modifies its DAI ops structure. The later is not
surprising since existing drivers are often used as templates for new drivers.
So this patch just constifies all existing snd_soc_dai_ops structs to eliminate
the issue altogether.

The patch was generated with the following coccinelle semantic patch:

Sebastian Andrzej Siewior 8348c259dd arm/pxa2xx: reorgazine SSP and SPI header files
The PXA-SPI driver relies on some files / defines which are arm specific
and are within the ARM tree. The CE4100 SoC which is x86 has also the
SPI core.
This patch moves the ssp and spi files from arm/mach-pxa and plat-pxa to
include/linux where the CE4100 can access them.

This move got verified by building the following defconfigs:
   cm_x2xx_defconfig corgi_defconfig em_x270_defconfig ezx_defconfig
   imote2_defconfig pxa3xx_defconfig spitz_defconfig zeus_defconfig
   raumfeld_defconfig magician_defconfig
