Here's the big drivers/staging/ update for 3.13-rc1.
Nothing major here, just a _ton_ of fixes and cleanups, mostly driven by
the new round of OPW applicants, but also there are lots of other people
doing staging tree cleanups these days in order to help get the drivers
into mergable shape.
We also merge, and then revert, the ktap code, as Ingo and the other
perf/ftrace developers feel it should go into the "real" part of the
kernel with only a bit more work, so no need to put it in staging for
now.
All of this has been in linux-next for a while with no reported issues.

sb105x doesn't seem to actually need <asm/segment.h> (builds on x86
without it) and ppc/ppc64 doesn't provide it so it fails to build there.
This patch removes the dependency.

Fix up trivial conflicts, mostly just due to the TTY config option
clashing with the EXPERIMENTAL removal.
The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This
saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway.
bloat-o-meter output is below.
The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on
TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY
layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate
symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than
"depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies.
bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by
removing TTY. The list is filtered to not show removed entries with awk
'$3 != "-"' as the list was very long.

IIR_RS232 is zero so "if (IIR_RS232 == (b_ret & IIR_RS232))" is always
true so RS232 was always chosen by default. The test should be
"if (0 == (b_ret & 0x30)) { ". The other tests should also be in that
format.
This does change how the code works... If 0x30 is set then it now
defaults to RS232 instead of RS485.

The sb105x SystemBase PCI UART driver in staging has code specific for
x86. This breaks allyesconfig builds for other archs. For now, the quick
fix is simply to make this driver depend on x86.
When I get time, I'll swap this card out of my main machine and put it
into my PowerPC64 box, and get it working there. Then it may become a
good samaritan and play nice with other archs.

I ported the driver supplied by SystemBase to mainline.
As the driver had MODULE_LICENSE("GPL") it is declared as a GPL module
and thus I have the right to distribute it upstream. Note, I did the
bare minimum to get it working. It still needs a lot of loving.
