Currently the higher level omapdss platform driver gets the list of
displays in its platform data, and uses that list to create the
omap_dss_device for each display.
With DT, the logical way to do the above is to list the displays under
each individual output, i.e. we'd have "dpi" node, under which we would
have the display that uses DPI. In other words, each output driver
handles the displays that use that particular output.
To make the current code ready for DT, this patch modifies the output
drivers so that each of them creates the display devices which use that
output. However, instead of changing the platform data to suit this
method, each output driver is passed the full list of displays, and the
drivers pick the displays that are meant for them. This allows us to
keep the old platform data, and thus we avoid the need to change the
board files.

We currently have separate device/driver for each DSS HW module. The DPI
and SDI outputs are more or less parts of the DSS or DISPC hardware
modules, but in SW it makes sense to represent them as device/driver
pairs similarly to all the other outputs. This also makes sense for
device tree, as each node under dss will be a platform device, and
handling DPI & SDI somehow differently than the rest would just make the
code more complex.
This patch modifies arch/arm/mach-omap2/display.c to create platform
devices for DPI and SDI, and later patches will implement driver for
them.

Instead of using omap_device_build() to create the omap_devices for DSS
hwmods, create them with a custom function. This will allow us to create
a parent-child hierarchy for the devices so that the omapdss_core device
is parent for the rest of the dss hwmod devices.

The omapdss pdata handling is a mess. This is more evident when trying
to use device tree for DSS, as we don't have platform data anymore in
that case. This patch cleans the pdata handling by:
- Remove struct omap_display_platform_data. It was used just as a
wrapper for struct omap_dss_board_info.
- Pass the platform data only to omapdss device. The drivers for omap
dss hwmods do not need the platform data. This should also work better
for DT, as we can create omapdss device programmatically in generic omap
boot code, and thus we can pass the pdata to it.
- Create dss functions for get_ctx_loss_count and dsi_enable/disable_pads
that the dss hwmod drivers can call.

Merge OMAP DSS related board file changes. The branch will also be
merged through linux-omap tree to solve conflicts.
In preparation for device tree, this patch changes how the DSI pins are
configured. The current configuration method is only doable with board
files and the configuration data is OMAP specific.
This patch moves the configuration data to the panel's platform data,
and the data can easily be given via DT in the future. The configuration
data format is also changed to a generic one which should be suitable
for all platforms.
The new format is an array of pin numbers, where the array items start
from clock + and -, then data1 + and -, and so on. For example:

The pin numbers are translated by the DSI driver and used to configure

This continues the theme started with vm_brk() and vm_munmap():
vm_mmap() does the same thing as do_mmap(), but additionally does the
required VM locking.
This uninlines (and rewrites it to be clearer) do_mmap(), which sadly
duplicates it in mm/mmap.c and mm/nommu.c. But that way we don't have
to export our internal do_mmap_pgoff() function.
Some day we hopefully don't have to export do_mmap() either, if all
modular users can become the simpler vm_mmap() instead. We're actually
very close to that already, with the notable exception of the (broken)
use in i810, and a couple of stragglers in binfmt_elf.

DMTIMER source selection on OMAP1 is broken. omap1_dm_timer_set_src()
tries to use __raw_{read,write}l() to read from and write to physical
addresses, but those functions take virtual addresses.

Fix by using omap_{read,writel}(), just like the other users of the
MOD_CONF_CTRL_1 register in the OMAP1 codebase. Of course, in the long term,
removing omap_{read,write}l() is the appropriate thing to do; but
this will take some work to do this cleanly.
Looks like this was caused by 97933d6 (ARM: OMAP1: dmtimer: conversion
to platform devices) that dangerously moved code and changed it in
the same patch.

The current serial UART code, while fidling with ocp idlemode bits,
forget about the smart idle wakeup bit even if it is supported by
UART IP block. This will lead to missing the module wakeup on OMAP's
where the smart idle wakeup is supported.
This was the root cause of the console sluggishness issue, I have been
observing on OMAP4 devices and also can be potential reason for some
other UART wakeup issues.

Commit (7496ba3 ARM: OMAP2+: UART: Add default mux for all uarts)
wrongly added muxing of default pads for all uarts. This causes
breakage on multiple boards using uart pins for alternate functions.
For example, on zoom3 random oopses can be seen with nfsroot as
the smsc911x ethernet FIFO timings on GPMC bus are controlled
by gpmc_wait2 and gpmc_wait3 pins. This means we can't mux these
pads to uart4 functionality as commit 7496ba3 was doing.
Not all boards tend to use all uarts and most of unused uart pins
are muxed for other purpose. This commit breaks the modules which
where trying to use unused uart pins on their boards.
So remove the default pad muxing. Note that this is not a complete
fix, as we now rely on bootloader set muxing for the uart wake-up
events. Further patching is needed to enable wake-up events for
uarts that are already muxed to uart mode.

The CONFIG_FEC2 define was removed from the kernel many versions ago.
But it is still being used to set the multi-function pins when compiling
for a ColdFire 527[45] SoC that has 2 ethernet interfaces. Remove the
last remaining uses of this define, and so fix the setting of the pins
for the 2nd ethernet interface.

The second ColdFire FEC ethernet device should have an id number of 1,
not 0. Otherwise it clashes with the first FEC ethernet device.
On booting a kernel on a 5275 based board you will get messages out of
the kernel like this:

And likely you won't be able to completely boot up after this at all.

Michel Lespinasse cleaned up the futex calling conventions in commit
37a9d912b2 ("futex: Sanitize cmpxchg_futex_value_locked API").
But the ia64 implementation was subtly broken. Gcc does not know that
register "r8" will be updated by the fault handler if the cmpxchg
instruction takes an exception. So it feels safe in letting the
initialization of r8 slide to after the cmpxchg. Result: we always
return 0 whether the user address faulted or not.
Fix by moving the initialization of r8 into the __asm__ code so gcc
won't move it.

Complete the separation of the twl6040 from the twl core since
it is a separate chip, not part of the twl6030 PMIC.
Make the needed Kconfig changes for the depending drivers at the
same time to avoid breaking the kernel build (vibra, ASoC components).

at91_matrix_* macro's are used by at91_udc usb gadget driver,
which can be built as module, therefore we need to export the
variable containing matrix base address.

Some new drivers and changed Kconfig dependencies for the v3.4
kernel affecting the U8500 defconfig:
- The SOC config options are now brought in by default
- No need to explicitly select misc devices anymore
- I2C is selected by default
- We now have support for charging from the AB8500 so compile
in this
- The regulator framework needs to be explictly selected

A recent change to a Kconfig configuration saw MACH_U8500
remove TPS6105X selection. In doing so Kconfig stopped
selecting REGULATORS, which is still required. This patch
sees UX500_SOC_DB8500 explicitly select it instead.
