Joe Perches 475be4d85a isdn: whitespace coding style cleanup
isdn source code uses a not-current coding style.

Update the coding style used on a per-line basis
so that git diff -w shows only elided blank lines
at EOF.

Done with emacs and some scripts and some typing.

Built x86 allyesconfig.
No detected change in objdump -d or size.

Alexey Dobriyan 9a58a80a70 proc_fops: convert drivers/isdn/ to seq_file
Convert code away from ->read_proc/->write_proc interfaces. Switch to
proc_create()/proc_create_data() which make addition of proc entries
reliable wrt NULL ->proc_fops, NULL ->data and so on.

Problem with ->read_proc et al is described here commit
786d7e1612 "Fix rmmod/read/write races in
/proc entries"

Alexey Dobriyan 495b36b15e isdn divas: fix proc creation
1. creating proc entry and not saving pointer to PDE and checking it
   is not going to work.
2. if proc entry wasn't created, no reason to remove it on error path.

Denis V. Lunev ac41cfd19b isdn: use non-racy method for proc entries creation
Use proc_create()/proc_create_data() to make sure that ->proc_fops and ->data
be setup before gluing PDE to main tree.

Add correct ->owner to proc_fops to fix reading/module unloading race.

Arjan van de Ven 2b8693c061 [PATCH] mark struct file_operations const 3
Many struct file_operations in the kernel can be "const". Marking them const
moves these to the .rodata section, which avoids false sharing with potential
dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental writes at compile time to
these shared resources.

Al Viro 666002218d [PATCH] proc_mkdir() should be used to create procfs directories
A bunch of create_proc_dir_entry() calls creating directories had crept
in since the last sweep; converted to proc_mkdir().

Linus Torvalds 1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
