include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.

Fix up mostly trivial conflicts, with the exception of
drivers/usb/host/ehci-omap.c in particular, which had some
re-organization of the reset sequence (commit 1a49e2ac9651: "EHCI:
centralize controller initialization") that clashed with commit
2761a63945 ("mfd: USB: Fix the omap-usb EHCI ULPI PHY reset fix
issues").
In particular, commit 2761a63945 moved the usb_add_hcd() to the
*middle* of the reset sequence, which clashes fairly badly with the
reset sequence re-organization (although it could have been done inside
the new omap_ehci_init() function).
I left that part of commit 2761a63945 just undone.

Add irq domain support for max8997 interrupts. The reverse mapping method
used is linear mapping since the sub-drivers of max8997 such as regulator
and charger drivers can use the max8997 irq_domain to get the linux irq
number for max8997 interrupts. All uses of irq_base in platform data and
max8997 driver private data are removed.

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

Commit 6e8201f57c "mmc: core: add the capability for broken voltage"
introduced a new quirk to indicate that MMC core should ignore voltage
change errors reported by the regulators core. This is required to get
SDHCI working on UniversalC210, NURI and GONI boards again after commit

The atmel_mxt_ts driver has been extended to support more 'configuration
objects' in commit 81c88a711 ("Input: atmel_mxt_ts - update object list"),
what broke the configuration values for NURI board. These values are
optional anyway, so remove them to get the driver working correctly.

On some versions of NURI and UniversalC210 boards, camera clocks are
routed directly to xusbxti clock source. This patch sets the correct
value for this clock to let usb and camera sensors to work correctly and
avoid division by zero on driver's probe.

s3c-fb driver, the 'default_win' element in the platform data is removed
and the lcd panel video timing values are moved out of individual window

These changes are all specific to one board only. We're trying to keep
the number of board files low, but generally board level updates are
ok on platforms that are working on moving towards DT based probing,

The board-ams-delta.c board file gets a conflict between the removal of
ams_delta_config and the addition of a lot of other data. The Kconfig
file has two changes in the same line, and in exynos, the power domain
cleanup conflicts with the addition of the image sensor device.

Thomas Arbrahams's patchset have changed the device name in sdhci-s3c.c
(mmc: sdhci-s3c: Rework platform data and add device tree support)
But didn't change the regulator_consumer name.
So maybe didn't initialize the mmc/sd card for exynos4.
This patch is fixed that (based-on linux-samsung for-next branch)

s3c_set_platdata() is defined with __init attribute, hence all functions
referencing this function should also be defined with __init attribute.
nuri_camera_init() is referenced only in '__init nuri_machine_init()', thus
this change won't put any additional constraint on the usage of
nuri_camera_init().

The real LCD resolution on Nuri is 1024x600, not 1280x800. This change
fixes the color distortion (green shadows) on half of the screen.
Also increase framebuffer virtual size for display panning support.

Add support for generic power domain for Exynos4 platforms and remove the
Samsung specific power domain control for Exynos4.
The generic power domain infrastructure is used to control the power domains
available on Exynos4. For non-dt platforms, the power domains are statically
instantiated. For dt platforms, the power domain nodes found in the device
tree are instantiated.

This patch introduces common.[ch] which are used only in the
arch/arm/mach-exynos/ directory. The common.c file merges
the cpu.c, init.c, irq-combiner.c and irq-eint.c files which
are used commonly on EXYNOS SoCs and the common.h file replaces
with plat/exynos4.h file.

The arch/arm/mach-exynos4 directory (CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4) has
made for plaforms based on EXYNOS4 SoCs. But since upcoming
Samsung's SoCs such as EXYNOS5 (ARM Cortex A15) can reuse most
codes in current mach-exynos4, one mach-exynos directory will
be used for them.
This patch changes to CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS (arch/arm/mach-exynos)
but keeps original CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4 in mach-exynos/Kconfig to
avoid changing in driver side.
