Mitch Williams c36bd4a7ce i40e: use assignment instead of memcpy 
These instances were found by coccinelle/spatch, and can
use struct assignment instead of memcpy.

Greg Rose dc641b7319 i40e: Fix GPL header 
The GPL header included in each file in the i40e driver doesn't
need to include the "this program" text since this driver
is already part of the larger kernel.
