Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

Add the SATA clockdomain (part of CM_DEFAULT) and a hwmod for the SATA
block on dm81xx.
Tested on DM8168 EVM.

These offsets seem to be common, so let's rename the defines. And let's
set up the default_l3_slow_81xx_clkdm with active and default powerdomains
for dm814x. These are needed for usb to work.

For now, let's just add the ones shared with dm816x.
The dm814x specific ones can be added as they are tested.

This patch adds required definitions and structures for clockdomain
initialization, so omap3xxx_clockdomains_init() was substituted by
new ti81xx_clockdomains_init() while early initialization of
TI81XX platform.
Note that we now need to have 81xx in a separate CONFIG_SOC_TI81XX
block instead inside the ifdef block for omap3 to avoid make
randconfig build errors.
